The Confidante Miami Beach, part of Hyatt

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her 29th birthday and it will be an unforgettable birthday! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food and drinks are incredible. The atmosphere of the hotel is very artsy, with eclectic and tasteful elements. The room was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Great hotel and great service! Own beach area and pool with parties.

Decent enough hotel. Room was clean, the shower and TV had some maintenance issues. The beach front was absolutely lovely, the service was excellent. I thought drinks from the bar at the pool were overpirced at $15 per and up before tax! Breakfast was good. Food quality and selection was above par.

Fantastic property!! Better than, (yet including the) comforts of home: possibly the most comfortable hotel bed ever, great pillows, great food, super friendly people. Great service all the way to housekeeping - and beach crew.. Throw in the resort superlatives-superior IPA served by Raymond at the lobby bar, and a custom cocktail by Thomas (ask for the rosemary/Orange whatnot)... beachfront relaxation overlooking a turquoise ocean, delicious food at the restaurant, bikes to borrow and zoom all the way to the tip of South Beach ... have I mentioned the super nice staff??? This is a spot for couples, this is a spot for families, clearly everyone feels pretty great here. We will be back!!! Heaps of thanks to the GM (Claudia) and her superior staff for taking care of EVERYONE- and to a property that makes everyone feel both at home & fully pampered!

The check in process was great. We arrived early, and were told that we could go to the bar while they got our room ready early. They texted us at the bar when it was ready. Room is great, clean, bathroom is nicely updated. The hotel restaurant has some of the best hot chicken I have ever had. Limited beer menu at the bars, but all in all I would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel, staff and service. Really enjoyed my stay here and as a Hyatt Globalist you get some added benefits of free breakfast and much more. To annexing pools and cabanas. Great breakfast buffet. There is a bar outside near the pool. High level gym and spa round off the complete package offered here. The Miami suite was amazing even tho it faced away from the beach, I still got a partial beach view. Can highly recommend that place.

What an amazing hotel that has so many positives I gave it a 4 in place of the 3 I really wanted to. It's a beautiful property and the grounds and pool area are outstanding. Lobby and rooms are well done and well kept. A good, but not awesome location. The staff however was very innatentive. As a Hyatt World member you have to go to the front desk to get your bottled water each day. Housekeeping came around 3pm each day and 2 days forgot to leave hand towels. Drinks at the pool took forever to arrive. Lunch on the beach was well over an hour. Clearly all first world problems, but hey it's a resort. Staff was nice and always pleasant, but nothing seemed to be focused on creating a relaxing and stress free atmosphere. Nothing a great GM can't improve upon.

What a great hotel. Excellent location, mid-beach right on the boardwalk/beach. Arrived after midnight and the front desk staff were the friendliest I've ever experienced at that time of night. Got an upgrade to the top floor right overlooking the beach. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio (book the AAA rate and it includes $50/breakfast credit). Pools looked nice, though we didn't use them. Would definitely go back.
