Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

We had a great stay at Nobu. Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee). Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share pools. However, Nobu has an adult only pool which was so peaceful and great amenity. The only two pools looked very kid friendly. Beach was very clean. The men's sauna and steam room was out of order in the spa which was disappointing. Spa treatment was worth booking. I'd recommend a stay at this hotel.

We are just finishing our stay here at Nobu and it was truly an amazing experience. The location, views, rooms, and amenities were all amazing. But the standout service is what truly sets this property apart from competitors. Richard R greeted us upon arrival and made it possible for us to check in hours early when we first arrived and offered upgrades to us. Richard was beyond kind and when checking out went above and beyond offering us late checkout and holding our bags until our later flight. I can truly say Richard was absolutely exceptional and made our stay all the more special and seamless.

In the mornings, we dined at Ocean Social and Mayelin always had the warmest smiles and greeting for us each day. She offered us amazing tables with beautiful views and such pleasant conversation.

This resort experience is built with exceptional staff and amazing people and Nobu absolutely delivers the best.

We were really happy about almost everything at Nobu. The area of Miami Beach itself is a little pricey and since we were using public transportation it was tough to get a good breakfast that didn't make you feel like you were paying for dinner.

Their beach is really nice. The service was excellent. The pools were good, and atmosphere was great outdoors and indoors. The hotel was scented with lemon grass tea, which was subtle but really a big factor of feeling comfort of vacation. Positive vibes were plentiful. 15 minutes from ocean drive on a free trolley, the Collins Express.

I stayed at the Nobu hotel after having had an awful experience at the Fontainebleau my last time in Miami. This 5 start review is due to the fantastic service that I received this past weekend. Richard at the front desk was extremely nice and thorough. The highlight was the adults only Nobu pool. The staff at the pool treated you as if you were an old friend. These staff members made it extra special and always made sure I was having a good time. Thank you Kellby, Mariana and Juan Manuel from Argentina. You truly made it special. I will be back to the Nobu and I appreciate everything you have done for me and the group I was traveling with!

All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.

This place is heaven on Earth. We booked a room on the 8th floor and it had a stunning view. The lobby and bar have great ambiance and are conducive to intimate gatherings.

We stayed in early March 2018. Very nice hotel. Room was very nice, common areas, amenities very nice. Staff was pleasant.

My only beef: food and drink prices were insane. We just got back from London in January for ten days and spent half on food that we spent at Nobu and the general area in four days. Breakfast room service for two $105.00 including the mandatory 20% tip on everything.

We ordered lunch at the beach for two. Burger, quesadilla, two drinks: $87

Dinner at Nobu $277. And the staff was perfunctory and uninterested. the place was packed. Food was interesting, but 3.5 of 5.

We could stay here again but we won’t. The Setai is right down the street and more expensive, but elegant beyond belief and perfection in service and food. Rooms and amenities are ******. Six starts from our view. We went there for dinner twice. Unbelievable. We will stay there next trip.

Nobu is a nice place, just arrogant in its treatment of guests and over the top food and drink pricing. Glad we stayed there, but never again. We travel a lot. I’ve never felt used by a hotel until this one.
