Faena Hotel Miami Beach

Being a Faena Rose member, I frequent the Faena Hotel quite often and am always glad to see the valet and hotel staff. They are all very welcoming and professional, especially Luis at the door. He is always Happy and always has a smile on his face. Having that greeting on a consistent basis is just one of the many positive encounters that makes the Faena staff so special.

Faena, I love you. The details, service, amenities. Satisfying in so many ways, visually stunning, comfortable and smooth. Spa is tiny but effective. No hesitation in returning again and again.

The hotel is perfect for couples who are looking for a stylish weekend getaway. The hotel is very well decorated in lavish furniture and artwork. The pool and beach are iconic with red chairs and excellent service. The property feels very intimate and private - it’s very tangible. You can do everything in 2 days. The rooms were average and the bathroom lighting could have been better but other than that the restaurants and bars have been a blast!

A big shout out to Keith at the beach and pool. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay at the Faena Hotel exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. His attentiveness to detail and genuine care for our comfort made a real difference.
You could always spot Keith with his cowboy hat and southern draw.

The service is impeccable at Faena right when you walk through the doors to the staff in the spa. The decor is stunning and the food is good. The wellness centre is amazing. Great gym, and the wet spa is a must. The pool is lovely and the beach is very private, not what you would expect. It was a great vacation for us, we were here for 5 days. It’s also extremely dog friendly and I would definitely recommend staying here. Aside from a minor issue at the lounge (they have strange washroom rules) everything was great.

Very comfortable

A hotel with the highest service and beautiful unusual interior. In the adjacent area is the skeleton of a mammoth. And the beach is 2 steps away. The food is delicious.
