Great Location & Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues:
We had a great stay at Hotel 32 32 (6 nights). The location was excellent, close to a subway station and centrally located near the Empire State Building, making it easy to travel both uptown and downtown.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. The hotel itself had good amenities, including parking and gym access (though we didn’t use these).
Our room had a kitchen, which was a nice feature, but it wasn’t very well equipped with utensils or cleaning supplies, so we didn’t use it much. We also had to wait for housekeeping to clean the dishes, which was a bit inconvenient.
The room was cleaned daily and was generally very well maintained. However, some areas—like the heating vents and hard-to-reach spots—seemed permanently dusty. That said, the overall cleanliness was good.
The room temperature was comfortable, though we couldn’t manually control it, and the vents were always on, making a slight noise. It wasn’t a major issue, but light sleepers might find it noticeable.
Overall, it was a great hotel, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Loved the cozy atmosphere and the spacious rooms with full kitchens. The indoor pool area was a highlight, especially for families.

The location was perfect for exploring Midtown Manhattan, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The room had a modern design and a great city view.

The hotel is modern, stylish, and located in an excellent part of the city. I had a beautiful view of the city from my room, and the amenities were top-notch, with high-quality toiletries, a great shower, and super comfy linens. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on things to do around the city. It was close to everything I wanted to see, but also had a relaxing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with great service, this is the place!

First of all: **** at the front desk looked down on Chinese people, his eyes looked like someone owed him 800 yuan. I was so dissatisfied, and he was very slow. This is really a good job that relies on time! !
Secondly: **** saw that I was Chinese and arranged for me to stay on the 4th floor, 401, which is a low floor. This hotel has 17 floors at the highest, and gave me a low floor. And there is a garbage recycling station under this hotel, which caused me to be seriously disturbed by the garbage trucks coming in and out all night! And the noise was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I didn't sleep all night and fled the next day.
Another reminder to everyone: this hotel has no slippers, no toothbrushes, no place to boil hot water, and those who like ice water ignore what I said. Really, you can think about it yourself. Don't stay here.
