It was a shame then, to arrive at our room and spot a few hairs on an uncleaned bathroom and shower floor, with what looked like a bit of rolling tobacco in the toilet. If we’re paying for the Hilton, even if it is a business hotel, we’re expecting the bathroom to be clean, especially as it takes up half the room.
We paid extra for the view and it didn’t disappoint. A shame that we had to miss breakfast - served from 7am, we had to leave for our flight so I can’t really comment on that.
All in all a great experience. My husband mentioned the lack of cleanliness and the desk did give us a small reimbursement- basically just waived the “city charge” of around $30. Would definitely go back, there’s a breakfast that needs to be sampled.
2. The air conditioning is very very noisy. Room facilities are very old.
3. The complimentary happy hour drink is very hard to get, there is always a long queue.
4. Breakfast is always crowded and not very good quality.
