What a magnificent stay we had! I came here with my family (mother, father, husband and 7-year-old son), on a half board basis and we had two rooms next to each other

Her exceptional hospitality, detailed information about the hotel, and insightful recommendations for nearby attractions greatly enhanced our experience

The rooms are spacious and luxurious with decent views

We opted to do the shallow dolphin experience (6 of us) on arrival we were advised that we would have a better experience if we went by ourselves ( of course, this was presented at £700) which we abruptly declined

You can't doubt the hotel is successful, but just not for us ever again. Rooms were slow to be cleaned and children running up and down corridors in the early hours was also frustrating

We spent a week at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and were blown away by the high level of service and helpfulness of the staff

Although we've only been here for two days, we're confident that the rest of our stay will be equally fantastic. We can't recommend it enough; if you're planning a trip to Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a must

Special shout out to mohin our room cleaner who cleaned our room exceptionally every day and also left our children surprises such as monkey and crocodiles as seen in pictures

Staff, food and hotel all to a high standard. Access to wild wadi and the beach was great and the availability to use all the facilities of the group of hotels along the beach

He also left some kinder chocolates this was an amazing touch and we had a very excited 3 year old! Overall was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back! The staff are so friendly and great with children! A very luxurious feel and we can’t wait to go back again

The Jumeirah Beach Hotel consistently delivers exceptional service, creating a memorable experience for guests

Pool is a walk away, you can enjoy it with the greenery of trees and plants on the way also passing by a bridge to the beach as well (go at dark)

We have noticed some issues, about the ongoing construction and other items about the service. Hearing that, the Hotel (Mr Randy) immediately reacted, this approach is very customer orientated and appreciated

Stayed here with my family in April 2021, and it was a great experience! We loved the pool, water slides, and beach

One of Dubai old hotels that have been renovated through years It has the longer stretch in the marina jbr area Big variety of restaurants and bars Beach side is nice but a bit noisy with the zero gravity bar playing music non stop on the weekend

The pool is average size Rooms are nicely decorated with beautiful views of the marina / sea / harbour

From the beach to the moon and towers, the hotel was simply amazing! The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making our experience truly memorable

Club lounge is stunning with some snacks and free drinks if you take the club lounge package when you book. Clean rooms and a very clean hotel all together. Awesome pools for parents and children

Very quite private beach and the pool was the perfect spot to lay down and relax. Must visit also the Ottoman SPA. We will definitely come back :)

🧖‍♂️The spa area has free services like snow room, hot steam room, jacuzzi, and many more. 🏊Indoor pool is separated for men and women which is great

🏖️The beach is connected to the hotel, you just walk into it from the back. Interior design is a work of art from the Turkish culture

I would recommend to take half board as all restaurants are far from the hotel Breakfast is amazing. Overall, I gave them few points and they took into consideration Would love to try this experience again nshallah

The beach was clean and the pool area had plenty of comfortable loungers with attentive staff always on hand to assist. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Hotel and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The highlight of our stay was the beach and pool area—both were pristine and incredibly relaxing

We vacationed here at the end of May. The sea water was the perfect temperature. Beach with a gentle entrance to the water and soft sand. I recommend taking half board

We were also very impressed with the gym at Rixos Hotel. It is very big, well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, and provided a great space to keep up with our fitness routine

So many options for the kids outside, more than one pool, slides and the splash pad is awesome for toddlers

We also had access to the mirage lounge, being able to eat while our toddlers could go and play all in the same room was a game changer for us. The service was excellent and all staff were so good at all of their jobs

We stayed for two night with our 4 children, we stayed in a mirage room which had two double beds and a set of bunks. It’s so nice to be all in one room when most hotels don’t allow it

Excellent hotel! The rooms are beautiful and spacious, providing great comfort for guests. The staff is very attentive to feedback and quickly meets guests' needs

Loungers were really comfortable, pool was chilled and really helped cool down. Music was a little loud, would have been nice to not have it on for some of the time

This is a very special property. It is way better than you might expect for a Westin. I’m not saying that Westin’s aren’t great, just that this property felt more like a four seasons

The house keeping were professional, boat and buggy services were extremely friendly, facilities including kids club and spa were exceptional and there were great food options available to all

We loved the suttle luxury, polite staff, excellent service and cleanliness. A lot of hotels say they are family friendly, but this one truly was. The kids loved it so much they were crying they didn't want to leave

I come here for the feel! No match! Best hotel that I have visited in Dubai. Architecture is so good. The walls, the facade, the floor.. everything speaks for itself. The boat tour to Pai Thai.. amazing experience.

The only reason that I did not give the 10 is the dinner at the main restaurant. It was a business meeting so we took the menu. It was just not good, cheap food and a mediocre menu

For example, when I requested Arabic coffee from my room, they sent Sir Mohammed, who is responsible for welcoming guests with Arabic coffee at the reception, to deliver it to me

The hotel is great place if you are looking for a smaller hotel on the Palm. The staff are attentive and rooms are well maintained and of a good standard. Views of the Palm are fantastic, providing an oasis in Dubai

A very nice, modern and luxurious resort. Sat aside the beach on the crescent of the Palm, the views are spectacular 24 hours of the day. There are plenty of water activities to do in this area too

check-in process was swift and seamless, thanks to the courteous and informative receptionist who provided a thorough overview of the hotel facilities

We were given an extra bed free of charge which made it more comfortable to sleep for 4 people

I haven't given a 5 star because I didn't try their food and food is a big deal for me!
