Hyde Park Hotel

Before I made the booking, I even requested the hotel to double-check the cleanliness of the room and restroom. Even after I found rats in my room and complained about it, they only changed my room the next day. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the rats in my room. This was the night I checked into the hotel. The restroom was so dirty, and the roof of the restaurant room had water leaking. The toilet was yellow. I informed the receptionist about this, and they told me they couldn’t do anything at that moment. At night, when I turned off the lights and was about to sleep, I heard some sounds/noises. I turned on the light and found two rats in my room. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of them. I called the reception again, but they told me they couldn’t do anything then because the rooms were full. In the morning, at around 11 a.m., they finally changed my room. It was the worst experience, and I’ll never recommend anyone go there. Please don’t go there. I’ll even ask the government that gave them the license to run this hotel.

Very bad experience with this hotel & i didn’t get sleep because they running loud music night to morning & when i call them to stop the music they talk to me very badly i think the night reception handling person will drunken .I didn’t recommend this hotel anyone 😡

Big thanks to the staff who tried to be as helpful as possible. Don't except more than a place to sleep though. We were not able to use the balcony due to a lot of birds. You can't open the window or it will smell food in the entire room.
I don't recommend this place for couples.

The towels, bed sheets and room were so dirty 😭
The fridge was not working I needed it to put my medicine but they didn't answer me
I talked to them also to bring for me 2 cups but they brought only 1 after calling them
I won't go there again

It's a normal hotel it's fine for the price for one day stay and bus station and metro is near

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Couldn't get much sleep some nights because of the loud music. cockroaches walk round the floor and all the water cut off one time.

We had a reservation on Booking for 3 nights in this hotel. We came to check in at 9 PM, however the desk manager at the hotel told us that they don’t have any available rooms and that we should go somewhere else. He was even open on the fact that they overbook on a regular basis. He said to go to another hotel which was 2,4 km away, and after we requested that they cover for our transportation cost to that hotel, the manager laughed and said that they won’t offer that and that we are on our own. After some heated discussion, we started to look for another hotel closeby for a higher price, the manager informed us that he will have a free room if we wait for 30 minutes. Having no other options, we agreed. This was a terrible and stressful start of our stay in Dubai. The room was clean enough once we came in, but on the second day we saw a cockroach on the floor. The location of the hotel is in a predominately Indian-inhabited area of Dubai and it has a good connection with the city center with a bus. There is also a bus station closeby. They offer only Indian food for beakfast so be aware of that fact if you want to include it in your stay.
