The experience at hydepark was amazin. The reception girl name avina is exceptionally humble and welcoming.making us feel at home from the moment we walked in.her politeness and attentiveness added a personal touch to our stay..highly recommended

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
The room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, their service was the worst, broken telephone and no reply in whatsapp. The only thing they care about is your money, and thats it. I had to visit the reception thrice to get the towel and slippers. Limited supplies of drinking water and supplies like tissues and toilet paper. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I paid 200aed to that hotel and they provide us room with the bed bugs and the room was also not cleaned properly and the room's phone was also not working (the phone without wire) if we need anything we need to go down to the reception to ask what we need. We complained about the issue and they didn't take any action, they don't want to give us compensation for that. They don't want to refund also. Please don't go this hotel they don't have good hospitality. For the customers.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The pictures they posted online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property. Upon arrival, I found the room to be filthy, with cockroaches everywhere and a terrible odor. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months—the toilet was so dirty it was unusable.
I checked in and had to check out within an hour due to the poor conditions. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The service is awful, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable.

The hotel environment is very dirty. There is no dedicated hotel parking space. The stools in the room are moldy. There is also a strong urine smell in the toilet. The bed is made of wood and is not very strong. There are small cockroaches crawling on the bed and the floor. It is very cute and worth staying in the hotel

SRILANKANS! Be aware!
We made a booking for our parents. They were coming from Srilanka. And when we reached the hotel, the front office guy( 24th sep at night ) said booking has been cancelled. And the reason was we didn't inform them.we already got the confirmation and we were keep calling them to confirm but this guy has disconnected the call. And he was so rude. Hewas raising his voice and try to pull us out from the hotel while we are asking him to explain why he cancelled the booking. We called the general manager and he asked the same thing from the front office guy why did he disconnect the calls before 12 midnight.I am a resident and i have my own house but my parents wanted to do some shopping that is the only reason we booked a hotel near there. We had a house to bring them back what if we didn't have a place? And finally the manager accepted the fault happened from their side and apologised. I request all the srilankans please avoid this place this people dont know treat their customers.

What a nightmare ! I booked the hotel via Booking.com. And when we arrived at the hotel, they have removed the booking. I specifically mentioned that it’s a late check in since it was a late night flight. And I got the confirmation too. But still the guy at the front desk (a skinny guy with a mustache. I cannot recall his name) had the audacity to say that they removed the booking rudely.
And he called the GM to sort the issue. And the GM accepted that it was their error and apologized after long argument.
And also I tried calling them several times to double check the booking before the arrival but they have disconnected the landline.
The hotel looks nothing like the photos. It’s dirty and filthy from the entrance.

Before I made the booking, I even requested the hotel to double-check the cleanliness of the room and restroom. Even after I found rats in my room and complained about it, they only changed my room the next day. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the rats in my room. This was the night I checked into the hotel. The restroom was so dirty, and the roof of the restaurant room had water leaking. The toilet was yellow. I informed the receptionist about this, and they told me they couldn’t do anything at that moment. At night, when I turned off the lights and was about to sleep, I heard some sounds/noises. I turned on the light and found two rats in my room. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of them. I called the reception again, but they told me they couldn’t do anything then because the rooms were full. In the morning, at around 11 a.m., they finally changed my room. It was the worst experience, and I’ll never recommend anyone go there. Please don’t go there. I’ll even ask the government that gave them the license to run this hotel.

Very bad experience with this hotel & i didn’t get sleep because they running loud music night to morning & when i call them to stop the music they talk to me very badly i think the night reception handling person will drunken .I didn’t recommend this hotel anyone 😡
