Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha

My partner and I have been staying at this hotel for the past three months. While I realize that long-term stays like ours are unusual, we have generally enjoyed our time here. The facilities are comfortable, and the majority of the staff have been friendly, polite, and professional. In particular, the housekeeping team has been very accommodating, and the staff members are always smiling and providing excellent hospitality. Unfortunately, I did encounter an issue with one receptionist that left me feeling embarrassed and upset.

Throughout our stay, my friends have occasionally visited without any issues, especially when my partner was away for work. These visits were brief, and my partner was aware of them. However, during a recent visit, a Filipina receptionist ( i didn't get her name but she has braces),approached me in what felt like a rude manner. She asked, 'Is Mr. Jeff in the room? (209)' When I informed her that he was at the office, she responded, 'Because if the man is not there, you are not allowed to invite guests.'

This was the first time I was made aware of such a rule, and the way it was communicated felt dismissive and disrespectful. I was not feeling well at the time and didn’t have the energy to argue, but the experience left me feeling embarrassed. If this is indeed the policy, I believe it should have been explained in a more respectful and considerate way, especially since I’ve never had any issues with the other staff members.

Despite this incident, I would still recommend the hotel for its overall quality and service. The staff, except for this particular receptionist, have been wonderful. I hope the hotel can address how policies are communicated to ensure all guests feel respected and valued."

We came here for 4 night with my husband. Hotel is clean so far for 4* it is the best one in front of metro . Avijit was so kind and give us super service in breakfast time.He is too attentive and professional in his job . Which is really worth bigger position. We are too satisfied. We are still here so we will see the rest living day and write our experience here in the end of our journey. To recommend to others . Big thanks

Hi! Great hotel. Breakfasts and dinners are varied, they give fish, chicken, beef. Service is very high level, well cleaned rooms, helpful and service. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach JBR, give towels and umbrella. Nearby 10 minutes walk or 1 metro station Emirates Mall. Mashreq metro station right in front of the hotel. I recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at Rose Park Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. The room was neatly maintained.

Dining at Rose Park was the highlight of my trip especially with the restaurant service more than anything. The restaurant service was excellent & incomparable, with friendly staff and we will get a homely feel or more. The entire team under Mr. Prabhakar is well attentive and dedicated. On my last day, they presented a nicely decorated cake as a greeting and it was a memorable one for me. A big thanks to the entire team.

Excellent location as it is opposite mashreq metro station. The breakfast is awesome with live egg station. Items are changed everyday so that is amazing. They also fulfilled our kids' request for a particular item in breakfast. Ali, prabha and abhijeet were very kind , courteous and helpful in the restaurant during breakfast. All the staff at the reception and other staff were extremely polite and helpful too.

We got 2 connecting rooms for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids and they were spacious with 3 washrooms. The rooms were neat and clean. Will probably book this hotel again when we visit Dubai next time IA. We definitely recommend this hotel especially for families.

It was nice accommodation, crew was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties.

We recently stayed for three nights at the Rose Park Hotel in Al Barsha, Dubai, and had a very pleasant experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing staff, who were incredibly helpful and jovial, always ready to assist with a smile. I can still remember the Bell Desk guy (Mr Ackbar Ali) who welcomed us as we stepped out the taxi. He’s extremely polite, helpful and always has a nice small talk, making us feel at home. Great service with a warm smile, please keep this up. I need to highlight Saifullah as part of this amazing team.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. A special mention goes to Mr. Praba and his team who were extremely caring and professional, ensuring we had everything we needed and making our mornings even more enjoyable.

My wife and I also had a full body massage (1hr) at the hotel spa with Shamsudeen and Jennifer. It was truly great and relaxing, adding to our overall wonderful experience. Definitely value for money. See the rates on the my photos (might change of course)

The location is also very convenient, situated directly opposite a metro station, which made getting around the city hassle-free.

We particularly appreciated the swimming pool, which was open until 11 pm – a great feature, especially since we were there during the summer (45 deg cel)

Our room was spacious and comfortable. However, it had a direct view of an adjacent building and was a bit noisy in the morning, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Rose Park Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

I just stayed at this hotel with my kids, and honestly, it was really good. I had no problems at all. The staff are really nice and kind, and they take care of all your needs
