I stayed at this hotel for three months, and it was truly a comfortable and cozy experience. ✨
The room was spacious, bright, and always perfectly clean thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. I especially want to highlight the staff – they were always kind, helpful, and made me feel at home.
The location is very convenient: everything you might need is nearby, and the hotel itself has all the facilities to make a long stay enjoyable. What impressed me most is that even after such a long period, the service remained consistently excellent – which is rare to find.
Thank you to the entire hotel team for the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. I would be happy to return and will definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. 🌿

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Room service was prompt and perfect every single time. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.
The pool area was well maintained, with a separate kids’ section and adults’ section, so everyone could enjoy. Housekeeping even helped by delivering our bags all the way to the parking lot during checkout, which was a thoughtful touch. Another big plus was the location — the metro station is nearby, making it very convenient to get around.

Paid for 8 nights for 2 adults (my partner), refused basic help after flight denial - Racist staff. My partner was stranded in a new country.
I prepaid for 8 nights here via Booking.com. On the day of travel I was denied boarding due to a visa/passport mismatch after passport renewal (New rule for UAE your tourist visa is not valid if you passport renewed;). I immediately called Rose Park Hotel to
(1) authorize my partner to check in on my behalf and/or
(2) shift my check-in by 3–4 days while I secured a new visa. The hotel refused both requests. They said no to adding my partner (even with my email authorization and ID) and then said that because I “missed the first night,” the rest of my prepaid stay was forfeit. I lost all my money paid and no refund.
I found the tone on the call rude, unsympathetic and racist. Policies are policies, but most hotels try to help in genuine travel disruptions—especially when the entire stay is fully prepaid. Here, there was no flexibility at all. Sharing this so other travellers know what to expect: zero accommodation and poor customer service when plans go wrong.

One night I had an issue with noisy neighbors, and the staff acted immediately and solved everything so quickly. That kind of service really makes a difference!

It is very convenient that the metro is across the street. Otherwise, after a whole day of walking, you have no strength left to go to the hotel ) The breakfast is monotonous, but delicious: good coffee, eggs, pancakes, some fruits, vegetables; there is plenty to choose from. The room has a comfortable bed.

We visited the hotel as part of an information tour of the UAE 🇦🇪 in February 2020. A small and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. They are very attentive to guests, so it is very comfortable to stay in the hotel. In general, the rooms are quite good, if you do not nitpick on small things. There is a small gym and a swimming pool on the roof. There is an area for children by the pool. There is a rich infrastructure near the hotel, many cafes and shops. The metro station is just a stone's throw away. I recommend the hotel!

A good hotel, this is my second time staying there. Good location, metro 20 meters away, across the road. Shopping center nearby. The staff is very friendly, on the second check-in, they put me in a suite for the price of a regular room. The hotel is cozy and the bed is very comfortable 😁.....I'm not even talking about the cool pool on the roof 🤭😋 I recommend 👍

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The venue was right next to the metro, it was central to all the places I had to visit. The hotel itself was very well kept, clean and of a very high standard. It had everything I needed, pool, gym, restaurant, spa with massages and excellent for family visits. The biggest thing that stood out was their service. Every individual person there treated myself and my family with care, respect and friendliness. They catered for our every need. The one person that truly stood out (even though everyone was amazing) was Avijit. We all felt like royalty under his service. Thank you to all. It was great!
