We constantly had to ask for others. It is unpleasant to be in the cafe near the pools, there are tables and some dirty boxes nearby, everything is littered with birds. The pools in the water park are dirty

Great location — within walking distance to the metro. The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach and shopping centres was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool is very nice and open till late (10:00 pm)

The pool area was also great — a good size with plenty of space to relax, and it was such a treat having refreshing drinks delivered poolside

The room could’ve done with some balcony furniture, a better shower, and more bottled water provided daily (as tap water isn’t drinkable, we often had to request extra, though the staff always supplied it promptly)

Overall, for the price we paid and the quality of service received, I’d definitely stay here again. Excellent value and genuinely kind staff made it a memorable stay

If I had to mention a few minor downsides, I’d say some of the furnishings and fittings are slightly dated and could use a refresh

The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated

The room was quite and clean with a huge balcony

The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers

5 deduction is just for a suggestion to the hotel to please remove auto Sensors for the ac's please if a family is back to hotel after a long hot day and coming back to their room and ac was shutdown bcoz of your sensors that a tough call because Dubai has hot weather all 365 days and ac's should work continuesly so its a suggestion please make it done iil help more positive reviews

Location is really superb near to Bikanerwala (Indian Food ) and taxis are available just outside and hotel is very near to Museum of tge future as well

A fantastic hotel in a good location - easy to get around Dubai from here either by taxi, car or the metro is only a few steps away. The hotel is beautifully designed from the lobby to the top floor pool and bar

We usually take a taxi as the government taxis have quite reasonable rates, and we find the distance to tourist attractions reasonably close. Our room is quite big and they have everything you need

Everything was beautifully clean, the studio apartment has a kitchenette with fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, microwave, washer dryer, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, safe and all required crockeries and cooking utensils

The bed was huge and comfortable with sink in pillows. The bedside cabinets have build in charging ports and power sockets. We also had a large modern smart tv to which I was able to connect my phone for screen mirroring

Rooms are very spacious, well maintained with a supply of clean linen and amenities. I would like to appreciate Chandan who maintained my room very clean. Common area is clean but looks ordinary
