The waterpark was actually so fun too! As two adults, we never thought we’d be running circles to go down the slide. The staff looked like they enjoyed laughing at my fear as much as I did going down them

So many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including vegetarian and vegan options, if that’s your thing. Honestly still think about these buffets now that I’m home

The staff were always a step ahead an so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed in the room and by the pool. The pool was busy, but well controlled, and all children were directed to the shallower pools

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool bars — wow, just awesome! They offered a huge variety of cocktails and alcoholic drinks, all unlimited. Perfect vibe to relax by the pool

We used by mistake last Saturday morning - what they call signature pools - the personal in the bar instead to explain us that the access is only for premiums members , they were very rude, refused to serve us drinks and they were trying to kick us out of the pool as we r begging for a favor

The bar staff at the beach restaurant and the Tamr restaurant- an especial thanks. The guys who sort out the beds are very helpful and responsive and no nonsense about putting towels out thank god

My husband and I just love this resort. The golf course is beautiful and so well manicured played it many times. The spa is one of the best I have ever been to and treatments great

The behavior of the bar keepers in the Tamr pool and signature pools has to be reviewed

This happened every day! I asked for two towels at this pool from the lifeguard for my friend and I - he asked if my friend had a room at the hotel - which of course she did

On the territory there are bald bushes, everything is littered with dry leaves, dry palm branches hang. Cigarette butts and even dirty children's diapers are lying around. Towels by the pool are both new and dirty

We constantly had to ask for others. It is unpleasant to be in the cafe near the pools, there are tables and some dirty boxes nearby, everything is littered with birds. The pools in the water park are dirty

Excellent hotel, I very clean, excellent staff that make you feel special. The hotel itself isn't too big and shares many pools with the neighbouring hotels. Amazing views to the Marina skyline from the pools

In fact, my kids immediately wanted us to get tickets to the water park and pools. I recommend this place to families with young children

I have been to many hotels before but this by far has been the best family hotel in the UAE! I have read the comments but I was surprised at the level of staff friendliness, number of activities available and great service

Been to few hotels previously in Dubai but this has to be the best so far specially if you have kids. They loved every bit of it the pool area is great and the food is delicious lunch and dinner

We stay in beginning of July 2 nights but actually not enough. Place so big and many things for kids to play. Especially water park needs at least 1 day to spend

The pools are nice, and there are security personnel and lifeguards at every turn. We will definitely come again

The fitness center is not very big but is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was crowded but visually pleasing. The nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk away

Asked for my plans and offered suggestion such as the shuttle service to Dubai Mall and also asked if I required to check out late and provided me with complimentary late check out time

Superb Hotel – The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. At check-in, they upgraded our room for free, and also provided late checkout. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing

The breakfast buffet at Kitchen6 had plenty of variety, though honestly, I didn’t find the overall taste of dishes to be anything special compared to other buffet places

All staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was good, they understood and spoke good English. 3 staff in particular were excellent. Ali, Gooma and Amina helped us out greatly and with a smile

- The pool is smaller than the picture and always crowded didn’t like it - The hotel furniture is really old it’s literally 2007 tv or older The balcony was super dirty, the bathroom sink didn’t take the water or whatever - The hotel is actually clean the room big and nice but this isn’t 4 star hotel 3 would be enough - For 150 a day I guess it’s fine

Shouldn’t be 4 stars hotel The most annoying thing was the hotel policy 😵‍💫 Pool staff was annoying, you should sign each time you enter or exit the pool They also make you sign when order food from out side, I’ve been to more than 20 hotels and this the first time seeing this

The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok

The room was quite and clean with a huge balcony

The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers

We usually take a taxi as the government taxis have quite reasonable rates, and we find the distance to tourist attractions reasonably close. Our room is quite big and they have everything you need

I called the hotel and emailed twice but still didn’t get the information of how and where to look for the shuttle bus. It is on the third floor of the airport. Not where the taxis are, but one floor higher

Slightly far away from Major attractions but the shuttle service to the Dubai mall was good. I’d recommend it if you are after a family friendly beach spot

Had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a great family spot

I like the hotel because a lot of activities for children But when I do check in I’m waiting more than 1 hours I recommend have more number of staff in reception also the parking in hotel bad because they throw my car in the sun 3 days, than bring my car dirty  Also every time we wait for breakfast more than half in hours

The hotel did try to make up for it by offering a late check-out by two hours, which we appreciated. Another aspect that could be enhanced is the ambience and interior design of the hotel rooms and restaurants

Gevora was a great hotel, it was nearby to a lot of things however due to the one way system on their highway it added quite a long time to the journey

I especially want to mention Sijuade, the pool supervisor - he was absolutely amazing! Very attentive, professional, and made sure everything at the pool area was smooth and enjoyable

Stayed in a Luxury Sea View room overlooking the whole of Jumeriah beach and Dubai wheel. Excellent choice of food for breakfast , caters for every nationality. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly

Loads of places to eat just outside the hotel along Jumeriah walk and across from beach. JBR2 Metro station only a 5 min walk from hotel

All fine, the breakfast is ok. The downside is the air conditioner needed to be fixed during my stay.

Great Thai-style resort with a large variety of dining options. The lagoons, main pool and beachside are the biggest highlights. The spa is excellent too with great therapists and spa facilities.

I have been to the spa multiple times. I absolutely love their service. Their restaurants are good too. Be prepared to be there for a few hours, don't rush. This visit I discovered Lotus lounge

I quite enjoyed this experience our server Pavani was particularly attentive and helpful. I seriously enjoyed the beef Wellington it was quite delectable. The restaurant itself was wonderful

We have just visited for a second time and have had the best time! The food is delicious, there’s lots of choice, and quite a few restaurants to eat in. The lagoon pool which runs across the entire resort is amazing

I must add I was here for Christmas brunch and the vibes as well as views and service was incredible. Food and drink options were also very wide

However, the shower water takes about 15 minutes of constant running to warm up. They charge for four bottles of water daily, which feels excessive
