Had a great stay in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a great family spot. I have to make a shout out to a guy at the concierge called Moses, he went out of his way to help at 4am in the morning when my daughter got sick. Great place for families with kids. Have a big sized pool area for kids with a lazy river and a few slides. Their private beach has a pool with a mini obstacle course and a small volleyball net. Exceptional hotel in all aspects. It's pretty new and the hospitality is great. We got upgraded to a superior studio which was great and had amazing views and great sunrise. I enjoyed the breakfast here quite a bit. The beach is minutes from the hotel. Being on the corner of the palm can feel inconvenient if you are business traveler but I spent my days working remote looking out to the ocean. The buggy services are limited and only within the resort premises, which is very disappointing as we were with family. This is first time despite of requesting he dropped us in too sunny outside.
