What a brilliant hotel. Lovely two bed apartment with sea view. It was cleaned every day by housekeeping. Maintenance called to ensure we had no problems in the apartment. The location is a bit off. 15-30km drive on average for a one way trip to Dubai Marina or Dubai Mall. Some of roads that lead to the hotel have traffic. Also the service feels “forced”. Check in was smooth. Water pressure and water temperature was fantastic. Room was well packed everyday and cleaned by room attendant Arman Khusbir. However was just a bit surprised with room service when I asked for ice and they said it was chargeable at 10 AED. Breakfast buffet has quite limited food choices too. Otherwise a great stay!

Stayed there multiple times. Perfectly location, minutes to a Metro station. Within easy reach to MOE, shops, parks, hospitals, the beach and other facilities. The service is quite good, just i found food options were a bit limited ar the time of our stay.

We stayed in a suite that is large enough and comfortable. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and the metro station is just 3 minutes away from the hotel. We had a minor towel-supply-problem in one of the rooms. Meaning 4 days in a row we had to ask for towels because there was only one instead of 2 or there were no towels at all. The first 2 days there was no shower gel in the very same room

Towers Rotana is located in the Financial Centre of Dubai along the main transportation artery of the city!!! Like the Red Metro line, bus stops and taxi stands. It is surrounded by malls and many food outlets and cafeteria. It also has a gym and swimming pool on the adjacent to the parking tower. Great experience, every single of one the staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. They all were lovely as well and really made our stay that much better. The location is good and close to the public transportation (train), however it is a bit far from the good restaurants in the Marina, if you wanna go by walking, and far from the touristic landmarks.

The hotel is so tired: everything was just bad. There was a cockroach in my bathroom. One towel in each room, even though it's 4 stars staying. My advice – do not come here
