The suite I stayed in was spacious, elegantly designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was great, offering a restful sleep after a long day.
The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches that made the stay special, such as the luxurious bath products and the well-stocked minibar.

Overall, it's a luxurious and refined hotel that delivers a memorable stay.
The best part is the prompt response by the staff on anything you require. They are polite and always eager to make sure our stay was pleasant. My housekeeping rep (Ashmu) sent us a fruit platter bid us farewell!

I have stayed at many Ritz-Carlton's in the past and I had a less than satisfactory stay.
I requested an early checkin after flying all night. There were no rooms available for me. While waiting in the lobby I watched three separate groups check out, I asked reception if one of the rooms would be available and they said it had been assigned to me. It took 3.5 hours for the room to be cleaned. I understand early check in isn't guaranteed, but I can't possible imagine how it take 3.5 hours to clean one room.
That night I was then kept up until 3:00am because of a club outside our room. When I called to ask what time the music turned off, I found out the club is actually part of the hotel. It's quite shocking that they would have a club blasting house music until 3:00am, keeping up their own guests. I was reassured it would be less quite the next night, at 10pm the next night I had to switch rooms.
I was in Dubai for work, we pay extra for quality sleeps and I did not experience this. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, but all my issues were things the hotel could directly solve.
I won't be staying at this Ritz again.
Despite this, the service was excellent and the hotel's convenient location, close to the Dubai Shopping Mall and an array of top-notch restaurants, made it an ideal choice for my stay. Overall, I had a great experience at the Ritz Carlton Residence and would recommend it to others.
