Stunning hotel with beautiful views. Customer service is paramount at this hotel. A great family oriented hotel with superb facilities, the staff are just amazing and made sure my children had anything they requested. Hyegene and cleanliness is top of the list as the hotel is just immaculate at all times! 3 different pools and separate kids pool. The private beach is just stunning and very peaceful. I genuinely have zero complaints. These guys are top of their game, especially the valet parking guys. Will be staying here from now on

We stayed in July 2024, on a layover from Australia to the UK. We were so impressed by the colleagues and the service we received. From the moment of stepping out of the taxi, to the very early check-in, each of the restaurants, the colleagues manning the club car station, the beach & pool attendants, absolutely everyone was friendly, smiley, courteous, interested and engaged.
The colleagues paid such kind attention to my daughter, making her feel so special, that she told me she wanted to move to Dubai and live in the hotel. I may need to work harder to make that a reality.
Specific shout outs to the colleague that checked us in (so well-presented, very professional), the laundry team for working so hard and so quickly to remove the vomit (due to motion sickness) from our various clothes, bags and soft toys; the Malaysian manager at Zheng He’s restaurant for her warmth, care, humour, knowledge and guidance; the housekeeping colleagues for their energetic greetings and attentive cleaning of our room, and finally Tatyana the brilliant Kazakh guest relations employee who went above and beyond in her care and recognition of my daughter.
In addition to the fantastic service, the room was beautifully decorated, brilliantly presented, and provided a cool and calm oasis for us. We slept so well, and sunrise coffee overlooking the beach and Burj Al Arab was a great way to start each day. The new pool down on the beach is brilliant, and the pool service was top class.
We loved our stay, would highly recommend the hotel, and are excited about our return in the future. Thank you to everyone at Mina Al Salam for a special, memorable stay.

We just returned from a 10 night stay there and absolutely loved our stay. The decor, the service, the helpfulness and politeness of the staff, from start to finish everything was amazing. We were upgraded for free from a lagoon view to a sea view room which had beautiful views from our balcony. We had the half board dine around package and enjoyed dining at different Jumeirah restaurants, which kept us from getting bored of the same type and style of food. There was something for everyone and I especially loved the healthy breakfast options complete with metabolic boosting shots and antioxidant shots. The private beach and abras were so calming and the staff couldn't be more accomodating and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special and important. Our cleaner, Imran, did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless while we were there and he was always asking if we needed anything more and if we were satisfied with his work.
The only thing that was not pleasant was the atittude of some of the guests. There are some guests who can spoil your mood with their rude and entitled attitude. For example, one lady hit my 8 year old son while going past him in the breakfast buffet and did not even stop to apologise or ask if he was OK- he was shaken up and crying as he wasn't used to someone behaving in this manner. We have trained our children to be respectful of others and they expect others to show basic courtesy and consideration. Other examples include guests pushing past us in the line while waiting for lifts and going ahead of us, and just lacking basic social graces and manners, such as saying thank you or excuse me. Another example- another woman was coming past me in the breakfast buffet with a drink and she spilled it- some of it splashed on my legs and the rest went on the floor directly behind me. She did not even stop to apologise to me or alert the waiter- she simply carried on to her table as if nothing had happened. It was only when the waiter saw me staring and realised what had happened that he noticed what was going on and began cleaning up.
When you are staying at a hotel of this calibre and spending so much, you expect other guests to have a similar level of etiquette and manners and these types of incidents can really spoil your mood. This is the only thing that would put me off staying here again, and I would advise the hotel management to take this feedback on board somehow.

Resort is very nice and the benefit of being able to utilize amenities in all Madinat Jumeirah hotels is a major plus. The beach is very clean with unobstructed views, and is quite possibly the best in all of Dubai.
However, with that being said, the hotel is quite old and outdated - could definitely use some refurbishment. This is especially important given they charge a nightly price that is much higher than other beach resorts in Dubai.
Service was good, as expected at any 5-star hotel in Dubai - but one of my friends wanted to come to my room and they refused him entry because he didn’t have a physical ID with him (only digital); this was strange and caused some inconvenience so I hope mgt does something to make it clear to guests upon check-in. Also, they will not allow food delivery from outside of the hotel so bear that in mind.
The food was great - only tried the beach club bites but there’s plenty of great restaurants on site.
Overall, if I were to come back to Dubai I would likely choose a different resort and perhaps only visit the beach at their resort.

Great Hotel with large rooms and multiple restaurants, the infinity pool next to the beach is beautiful. The private beach with sunbeds and provided cold water bottles is pure excellence, the hotel switched from pet bottles to reusable bottles👏 Breakfast buffet is very large with a lot of options, Asif took extra care of us and it was a pleasure to meet him! We‘re coming back for sure👍

Excellent experience being at Mina Al Salam for a family holiday in July. Perfect location with lots of activities and services. Yauheniya was exceptional and an incredible asset to the hotel who provided the best experience I have ever experienced during check in process. The She left a long lasting impression to us all. The house keeping were professional, boat and buggy services were extremely friendly, facilities including kids club and spa were exceptional and there were great food options available to all. The Club lounge and staff were also exceptional. After meeting as well with Khalid Al Attar (Director of Guest Services) it is no surprise through his excellent leadership we and other guests will certainly be well looked after and inspired to return again. We look forward to continuing our loyalty at Jumeirah thanks to the excellent experience received and extend hearty thank you to all the staff at the hotel who are too many to individually mention.

From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, our stay at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam was perfect. The staff were professional and attentive, making our experience truly special. The highlight was a stunning sunset tour of Dubai—absolutely magical! Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway.

The service of the hotel deserves 6 stars. All employees are extremely polite, child friendly and helpful.
Rooms are spacious beds are super comfortable!
Extremely high hygiene standards.
Complementary water on the beach, pools and in the room several times per day.
We are family with two kids and used 2 hours per day of supervised kids club with no additional charges.
Breakfast and dinner were simply beyond expectations.

This is going to be a very long review, I rarely rate anything but this place people absolutely must know about! Hotel has exceeded all our expectations! We had an ocean and burj al Arab suite view - it has always been a dream of mine to woke up to the view like that and go for a swim in a warm Persian gulf early morning! Me and my fiance have travelled half of the world and have never been treated we are most welcomed. Absolutely beautiful hotel with its own little river, amazing beach and pools. Every single member of the staff is nice friendly and treat you with the huge respect! Sorry to say but a lot of places we stayed in, for instance, the US, will charge you a lot of money and will treat you like you’re doing them a favor. But here, everything is thought about ahead, to the smallest details, they thought through everything you may possibly need and really going an extra mile for you to be happy. To say I was speechless is to say nothing. And I am a picky person - cleanness and organization has been always the most important for me, no matter where I am in the world. Also they clean your room twice a day - have never seen anything of that kind before. I truly wish them more customers they are really the ones who can satisfy any need of a traveler! Loved every single moment of our stay, and no doubt absolutely, I will recommend it to our families friends and just anyone who is looking for an impeccable experience while in Dubai! Honestly this is the most beautiful and clean hotel i have been so far. Rooms are so neat and on point. Service is perfect; they even have evening room service which i haven’t seen in any of other hotels. Jesus Erazo on the reception is one of the best team members i have seen in a hotel. He is very lovely and welcoming, super supportive and he did everything he can to have our stay memorable and beautiful. A huge thanks to each and everyone of the staff♥️♥️ much love
