Location: 17 km from airport Dubai, Sheikh Zayed road, close to the exhibition centre DTWC and the metro station is Emirates towers (Emirates Towers).

39-storey and 65-storey hotel tower located 413 elegantly designed rooms.

The rooms are located in the upper part of the tower, from 26 th to 65th floor. Any room has great views of Sheikh Zayed Road or at the Zabeel Palace, Dubai Creek,the Jumeirah beach or Burj Khalifa.

Beach: public sandy beach in 2.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 900 m.

Pets are not allowed.

Staff are rude, told us to hurry up and finish up eating our food. Asked for a water bottle to take to our room and they refused! Food at the restaurant metro was horrible, we stayed with half board and I would not recommend, it is very limited so we had to order food online to be delivered to us. It is not cleaned at all, we arrived at our room it smelt really bad and was not ready for the 4 guests I had booked for, only for 2. No towels when we arrived either. Had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator, way too long. I do not recommend this hotel, it says it’s 5 stars however I don’t think it even deserves 2 stars.

Not recommended!I was horribly terrified by the no-warmed showing of a repair crew standing oust-side my room window looking face to face.After 5 minutes I took this photo to prove the fact.I won’t blame this guy but the hotel should inform me as well as possible.It’s too awkward for any guests.
But sadly they just let me know the TV is unworkable upon check in.
Besides,there is no changing room in the swimming pool floor,only found a small one site toilet.
The strictly asked 2pm checkin time seems not to be a big problem compared to the problems above.

Very good location for tourists. Metro station is right in front. The pool is nice, there are plenty of restaurants and grocery store open 24 hours and cheap price. Room is fancy enough for vacation. You can see the museum of the future from window. Their service is amazing. They kept our suitcases for a while for sightseeing even after we checked out. My only complain was there was only one outlet I can use for my US charger. But I didn’t need to use any transformer to charge my cellphone.

The location is good, swimming pool is nice, Room service below average.
I was surprised when I checked in I didn’t found towels and when i called they told me you need to wait for 30 minutes. In addition there is no complementary coffee in the room. They told
me that they are providing only tea.
I guess This cant be 5 star hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Tower Plaza Dubai for five nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Location:
The hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to key attractions and amenities in Dubai. It's well-situated for both business and leisure travelers, making it easy to explore the city's highlights.

Staff:
The staff at The Tower Plaza Dubai were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor. The team was always ready to assist with any requests or questions, making my stay comfortable and stress-free.

Room:
I initially booked a standard room but was delighted to be upgraded to a Studio room, thanks to the reservation team. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed, stylish decor, and well-appointed amenities made it a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The large windows offered stunning views of the city, adding to the overall experience.

I look forward to returning in the future.

We will not only miss the hotel, we will miss their employees who became a family to us.

I give them a 4/5 as the stay was perfect. I was a bit scared because i read some negative reviews but honestly the room was perfect. It was clean, amenities were provided if not you could request more for free. Location wise its very well located. It's a bit hard to coordinate with Hala Taxis as sometimes they don't come at the hotel's door. Regarding elevators, I didn't experience any problems like waiting for a long time (as I saw on some reviews). I don't give it a 5* rating as when i got there at past midnight after having informed the hotel previously to have my room ready once I arrived late, they didn't have it prepared and I had to wait around 20-30' for my room to be ready. It was a very long travel and I was very tired and no one even provided me with some water. That was the only bad side about my stay. Regardless of that I will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Tower Plaza Hotel, having stayed on the Sheikh Zayed Road multiple times. The hotel presently surprised us with amenities, views, and connectivity. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from, even the lunch and dinner buffet had a good spread. The staff were generally welcoming. Swimming pool was perfect, and gym was well equipped.

The waiting time to access the lift was horrible. Once had to wait 15 mins to find entry into one.

Great location if you want to use public transport. Taxis also always available. Middle of Dubai so easy access to all fun activities. Amazing views if you have a room high up.
Skip breakfast if possible - crowded and long waiting time for lift. But breakfast is great - lots of options and good quality. Would stay here again if we visited Dubai.
Easy to get here with metro from the airport.

Hotel is great. Rooms are amazing, views are amazing, but service is pretty average. Definitely not up to 5-star standards. Housekeeping takes time to come. Breakfast crowd is handled poorly. Breakfast items are not refilled towards the end of time. Breakfast also tastes average. Elevators take forever to come when it’s rush hour and are very slow.
