The rooms are located in the upper part of the tower, from 26 th to 65th floor. Any room has great views of Sheikh Zayed Road or at the Zabeel Palace, Dubai Creek,the Jumeirah beach or Burj Khalifa.

The next day, we were moved to a renovated room, which we appreciated. However, the TV in the new room was not connected to Wi-Fi or any local channels, so it was essentially unusable. This was disappointing, especially for my son who was looking forward to watching TV. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor, causing water to spread across the floor, which made using the bathroom inconvenient.
The food was satisfactory and the staff were polite and helpful, but the overall facilities and room quality did not provide the pleasant experience we expected especially given the hotel’s prime location and the price we paid. We had chosen this hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, so it was particularly disappointing that our stay did not meet our expectations.
The location couldn’t be better; right in the heart of Dubai, with easy access to the metro, shopping areas, and major attractions.
Breakfast had a wide variety of options, fresh and delicious, with a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Overall, Hotel Tower Plaza exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!

But unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.
🔌 Hot water was completely unavailable for an entire day during my 3-day stay.
📶 The Wi-Fi is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen in Dubai — I needed to work remotely, and I simply couldn’t. Nothing loaded properly, making it impossible to work.
🧹 Despite staying for three nights, housekeeping never came to clean the room even once.
🔌 Several electrical outlets in the room didn’t work, which was very inconvenient.
On the positive side:
🍽️ The food at the buffet was great — delicious and varied, both for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
However, be prepared for huge lines at breakfast — sometimes it felt chaotic.
📍The location is excellent, no complaints there.
I wish the basic services matched the level of the view and the food. It could’ve been a great stay, but too many issues made it frustrating.
At the front desk, Ms Nardjes was simply the best ever, we as a family travel quite often and never have we come across such hospitality anywhere. Thank you for the upgrade!
Every single staffs were so kind and welcoming that we cancelled another hotel and extended the stay here
