I recently had a wonderful experience at this establishment, and I must say it deserves an impressive rating across the board:

- **Hygiene: 10/10** – The cleanliness of the facility was truly exceptional. Every corner was immaculate, making me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

- **Food: 10/8** – The food was delicious and well-prepared. While I enjoyed the majority of the dishes, there were a couple that could use slight improvement, but overall, the culinary experience was fantastic.

- **Service: 10/10** – The staff provided top-notch service. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which enhanced my overall experience significantly.

- **Ambience: 10/7** – The atmosphere was lovely, with a charming and inviting decor. However, there were moments when it felt a bit noisy, which slightly detracted from the overall vibe.

Overall, this is an amazing place, and I would love to return in the future. Special thanks to Pradeep at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to visit again!

Good location, the rooms could do with an update as they are quite run down compared to others Ritz Carlton hotels we usually stay in. The service was good but also not as attentive as others for example the Ritz Doha which is exceptionally good. However door men were wonderful.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dance party. The energetic music and lively atmosphere kept guests entertained throughout the night. The Continental dinner, while not the main focus, was well-prepared and offered a variety of delicious options.
While the hotel's elegant decor and attentive staff contributed to the overall experience, it was the unique blend of sophistication and fun that made the night truly special.

Went to attend a wedding. The lobby and hall was very nice. But just a suggestion. When the hotel offers free WiFi for vistors in its outside foyer they should also offer the same inside halls. In today's world that is one important requirement

Went for a Dubai getaway and we chose The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is clean, cozy, and impeccably organized, making it a pleasure to unwind in such a welcoming environment. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Literally!

The breakfast selection was fantastic – fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. We did experience a small issue with our breakfast booking, but the staff was incredibly responsive. Hussam at the front desk handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, resolving it quickly and ensuring everything went smoothly.

The room was spacious, comfortable, good view with some of dubai sky scrappers, and well-appointed with all the appliances we needed. We’ll absolutely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton DIFC for a memorable and comfortable stay!

The suite I stayed in was spacious, elegantly designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was great, offering a restful sleep after a long day.

The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches that made the stay special, such as the luxurious bath products and the well-stocked minibar.
The location is perfect for both business. with easy access to key areas of Dubai.

Visited a partner for a breakfast meeting. Ordered 2 eggs with toast. The eggs arrived and the toast never made it even after reminding the service team. The lobby host is great and the valet team.

I was able to stay in the hotel for few day and it was amazing 5/5. From the time i was dropped by the taxi from the airport bags was taken by staff immediately, front desk was so professional, room is really good snd the view from the room is fantastic. I avail the amnesties in the hotel like sauna, hot steam, indoor swimming pool and all was so exclusive and great. The breakfast was international and all was so good, staff in the buffet was so attentive and once i request something they will provide immediately. I recommend this hotel for great experience since it is near almost all the popular spot in Dubai. 🌹🇦🇪
