Very good hotel with perfect and attentive staff. The room was perfect.

The hotel met all expectations, I chose based on reviews and was not mistaken. The staff is so attentive and responsive to absolutely all guests, there are also Russian speakers. We arrived early in the morning, asked if possible to check in earlier, we were promised by 9.00, but at 7.30 they gave us the keys to the room 👍🏻. The room is very spacious, the linen is snow-white, 2 types of pillows for each, softer and harder. The only thing that turned out to be unusual is the shower without a partition (I will attach a photo), but this is such a nuance that is not noticeable against the background of all the other comfort. The balcony with a view of the Burj Khalifa is no worse than with a view of the sea! The cuisine is magnificent, we took only breakfasts, everything is so tasty and fresh, despite the fact that it is a buffet. You can also order from the menu. I took off one point for the location, but this does not reduce the quality of service in general. Only La Mer beach is within walking distance, but it is almost the same size as the neighboring hotel where they give out cards. We unexpectedly discovered Family Beach Jumeirah. It is not crowded, there are no waves, like on Kite Beach, and it is located closer to the hotel, we went by taxi, on average it was 30 AED. In general, the quality exceeded expectations, I recommend this hotel!

Very good hotel

We had a short but very pleasant vacation. We were in Hayatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai for first time, very pleased with the service and cleanliness. There was a small problem with paying the tourist tax, but in the end everything was resolved. The staff was very nice, and I`d like to express my special gratitude to the waitress Ei Ei for her friendliness, care, attentiveness. If all waiters served like she and were so friendly, and if all people in general treated their duties like this, the world would be a much better place than it is.

We loved our stay so much. The breakfast was excellent. The staff are so friendly and kind. We felt the welcoming atmosphere. We want to thank Srijana for wonderful service at the restaurant and organising a surprise cake for our anniversary! I also want to thank Amina , Mary, Naomi, Joyce and Issi for being great staff. So friendly, helpful and gave great insights to hangout in dubai.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the breathtaking views to the prime location, everything was perfect. The rooms are not only spacious but also beautifully designed with a modern touch. The prices are reasonable, making it an excellent choice for any traveler.
I'm absolutely in love with this charming hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and elegance large sizes of the suits all in one, this is it!
