Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Hotel

This hotel was our home for the night. We took an offer in the Entertainer, which was a room with a balcony with a sea view and including breakfast and dinner at their restaurant (Eunoia). It was a great offer.
We were scheduled to check into our hotel room at 3 PM; however, we arrived on time. But they were disorganized, and we spent an hour waiting in the lobby. When my husband was completing the check-in formalities, the receptionists didn't greet him politely or speak to him in a professional manner. They provided us drinks as we waited for an hour. We reserved a room facing the sea from the balcony. It was a nice, comfortable room.

I enjoyed staying here. It is right next to the sea and you can enjoy a beach which is about 5 minutes walk. Just make sure you ask reception to give you a beach access key, because the beach is on the property of other hotel. There is a nice pool on Hyatt’s grounds as well there are multiple pools in the hotel next door.
There is a 5 mins walk to Turkish village where you find a convenience store, a pharmacy and multiple restaurants.
Rooms are super clean, with nice amenities and lots of storage so you don’t have to walk all over your belongings.
The hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner if you wish to stay in here and not go anywhere.
They can also help booking your tours or restaurant and give recommendations.

I would like to thank everyone I met during my stay at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. From the first moment, the valet parking service was quick, and check-in was completed in just a few seconds, with my luggage delivered promptly. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere, which instantly lifted my mood. The hospitality was exceptional, the food quality was outstanding, and room service was super fast, with great attention to detail. My wife, baby Noah, and I will definitely return. I will also highly recommend your hotel to all my international clients.

I had an exceptional experience at the Hyatt Centric, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by the staff. During my stay, I encountered an unfortunate incident where I stepped on a sea urchin and needed help.

Nadia, Mona and Ahmed incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly came to my aid and skillfully removed the sea urchin's spine from my foot, ensuring that I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. Their professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being were evident, making a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.

Their kindness and efficiency are a true testament to the high level of service at the Hyatt Centric. I am immensely grateful for their prompt and compassionate assistance, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stay where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of their guests.

First class hotel. Very nice, large rooms with a fantastic view of the skyline. The breakfast is a dream. At first I was skeptical about the a la carte but it is much better than a buffet. The fact that you can use the beach and pools at the neighboring hotel is very advantageous. I will definitely come back.

Nothing is wrong in this hotel from the highest position to the lowest position, they all welcomed and served us with their great hospitalities, the Iraqi and Algerian front desk staff were amazing, the German general manager was very detailed person with a nicest smile which was a shocked expression for me as an Arab American, the French breakfast style was amazing looking and just had as delicious taste as it looks also the back person who made the Shakshuka put all the love recipe INGREDIENTS into it IMO with a great serving skills, the Egyptian Valley guy already knew who I was as he met me before many times at different Hyatt Hotel locations here in Dubai for my 25 days vacation, the Lady who helped me out with my luggage’s in and out she was phenomenal overall, the cleaner team was amazing, the interior and exterior views with many pools options and private Peach access were one of the best I have been in Dubai, all but can ask them to do is to keep the great job over and over, and I will definitely make sure to come back again. You guys represent our American brand and our Arab hospitality and generosity very well overall IMO and the name of the people who served me well all down below here.

Very clean hotel inside and out the staff are very polite and helpful the rooms are nice and comfy and good size the food was delicious outside swimming pool and private beach, well equiped for sunbathing tourist operator at the reception rad rose was very helpful in giving advice on what to visit and how to get there.

Excellent stay as we had the executive suite. I heard reviews on flyertalk forums about loud club music during weekend nights. I stayed on a Saturday night facing the Dubai skyline, not the sea view, and did not hear anything. View was spectacular and had balcony seating. It’s a must for first timers to Dubai. Service was excellent and even gave us a rollaway bed. Just know to NOT stay on sea or beach side to avoid any potential noise issues during the night.
