The brunch spread was nothing short of spectacular, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether you’re a fan of international cuisine or local delicacies, there’s something to satisfy every palate. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making it a feast for both the eyes and the stomach.

But what truly made our experience stand out was the impeccable service. Mohamed, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and keen eye for detail made our brunch experience truly memorable. Mohamed’s dedication to excellent service is a true asset to Salt and Pepper, and we left the restaurant feeling well taken care of and eager to return.

The staff in Salt and Pepper restaurant are definitely the most helpful. Rahab was always pleasant at receiving us at the restaurant. Mohammed, Arif, Ahaya, Hossam and Satish served us during our stay and all 3 of them are outstanding with their service. On multiple occasions, Mohammed has went out of the way to get the chef to make items that are not on menu for the day as our child did not like the menu on the day. Very accommodating and friendly. Definitely 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Seafood night was amazing! Everything was perfect, best sushi I’ve ever had! The grilled fish was excellent and service from Mohamed was the best :)

An amazing hotel with amazing staff.
Definitely delivering 10/10 services. The rooms are very clean and are very modern. The housekeeping staff do a great job at keeping the rooms clean. All of the staff are very nice.
Special shout out to Lukman and Amit at the main entrance always welcoming us as soon as we arrive and offering to take our luggages. Also Michelle at the entrance and Melanie at Morgans always smiling and offering to help us.

P.s. They should definitely get pay rises

Morgan's bar is the place to be met the lovely bartender bikash and Jason today he's full of life and adds to the fun atmosphere bikash is super friendly to making the experience even better. We enjoy football ⚽️ match food was very tasty 😋

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Al Bandar, Dubai Creek. The food was wonderful and the staff so helpful from the time we arrived to when we departed. We will certainly return to this hotel. Thank you Jeska for arranging our car to the airport.

What is there not to like about the Al Bandar Rotana? We stay there often and have never had a bad experience.

The rooms and apartments are well maintained and very comfortable.

The staff are brilliant - a special call out during our last visit when Dubai was affected so badly by the extreme weather to Anis, Amit and Sharif on the Porters desk and also Noura, Kerelos, Ahmed, Mohammed and Gelli on the customer service/front desk team. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them. A great team.

We love the location of the Al Bandar Rotana - far enough away from the Airport that it is not an "Airport" hotel, but close enough that access to the airport is easy. We like the fact that it is away from the bright lights and noise of the downtown, but it is still only a 15 minute taxi/Uber ride to the Mall of Dubai, Burj and other "bright light" venues. Easy access to the old Souq and a lovely walk along the waterfront with all the activity of the Dhows coming and going, being loaded and unloaded.

We hope others enjoy their visits to this property in the same way that we do.

Amazing service, and all the employees who worked there were super friendly and always at your help and support, I highly recommend anyone to stay here in Dubai. It's definitely worthwhile. Shoutout to all the employees, Anees, Amid, Kashif, Jesca and Chacha jee on the valets in the night, and all the other staff, you definitely made me feel at home.
