The distance between the main door outside and the room is too long ( 200 m walk ) , you have to take 2 different elevator.

The hotel rooms are luxurious and warm, and all the staff provide thoughtful service. I would especially like to give a thumbs up to a beautiful lady at the front desk. Although I don’t know her name, I am still very grateful for your professional and thoughtful service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria in DIFC, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the swift and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even replacing my nearly finished toothpaste with a new one and providing hot water for an upset stomach.

The atmosphere was serene, and the attention to detail in the hotel's interior design was remarkable. Cleanliness was top-notch, adding to the overall sense of luxury. The culinary offerings were exquisite, making each meal a delightful experience.

Overall, my stay at Waldorf Astoria was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

Perfect business spot in DIFC. Never found it too crowded and has all the facilities to relax whenever you can take a break from your busy work schedule. Cross the road and you have a variety of restaurants, most of them very high end, if you need to host clients or go out with colleagues/friends hence the hotel is perfectly located. Rooms are super spacious and room service always on point. The restaurant of the hotel, Bull and Bear, also stand out as one of the best of the area. Haven’t tried the spa but the pool and the Hammam are cool. The pool bar area I think has potential to attract more clientele, especially at night,but it could be a management choice not to go strong on marketing the place. Will always return here when travelling to Dubai for work.

This is now my favorite hotel in Dubai, hands down. I have stayed here 4 times and it’s probably one of the better WAs in the world when it comes to service. The staff is superb, but not in an over the top way — they’re polite, attentive and professional.

From the valet parking via the receptionists to the concierge, housekeeping/in room dining and restaurant staff (Riktih is a superstar) they all deliver on the brand promise.

The rooms are nice (having Hilton Diamond does get me an upgrade or two) but from what I can see most rooms have both decent views and they’re quite spacious.

I will return for sure.

Our stay was perfect. The service was impeccable. We had 4 rooms located near each other for ease. Our son was well catered for at breakfast and with in room amenities. I have to thank Abigail for her top class assistance in making our trip a memorable one. She went above and beyond for myself and family. We can’t wait to stay again.
