Location was close enough to Mall of Dubai but difficult to get to in any mode of transportation. Rooms were ok. Had some stains on the side tables and bathroom sink. But bed was comfortable and sheets. A/C worked amazingly good. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices and varied daily I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Roof top pool was very nice with breathtaking views, although it can get crowded most of the time. Bar there has overpriced drinks almost not worth it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars, 3 stars enough. The beds are not comfortable. The rooms looks consumed and smelly. The service is different matter. When I asked to take my luggage because I’m checking out, they said if need this service we will change you late check out fees however they extended my check out. I carry all my luggage to the G floor without any help. Moreover, the lunch and breakfast buffet if very small. In conclusion if you want to enjoy your time in Dubai, choose another hotel.
The only advantage in this hotel is the pool has view of Burj Khalifa.

I really liked this hotel for the price I payed (115 euro/ night). I got a room upgrade and the service was soo good. Kind people and really pleasant ambiance. I saw on the site that the prices increase in other seasons. I would say it is not worth it to pay more. The rooms are old and not maintained good. The swimming pool in contrary is perfect with the most perfect view. The location is close to Dubai mall but not close to any restaurants or anything. You will have to take a taxi. I stayed there 2 nights and it was more than enough. I m glad I switched up hotels. But for the price I payed and the service I got and the kind people that were there I still give it 5 stars.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering the utmost comfort. The rooftop pool provided stunning views and a perfect place to unwind. The hotel’s central location made it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the overall design of the hotel was modern and chic, creating a luxurious ambiance. Highly recommended :)

A beautiful and very fantastic hotel located in the business bay/downtown of Dubai. We rented a two bedroom apartment which gave us amazing panoramic views of different places.
The staff were very helpful, kind, and quick to offer assistance when needed. The rooms were clean and with aesthetic charm. If you need a place to relax and enjoy, this is the place to be.
I definitely recommend this place and give it a 10/10.

An average experience in general. Some great and not so great things were experienced.
To start, the rooms were great, they had a fantastic air conditioning, a balcony and great bathroom services. The room service were great too.
The spa is an absolute must in this hotel! Jessica was great and made me feel relaxed and fully refreshed. The spa facilities are also great.
The paparazzi restaurant was nice with quite a romantic vibe to it. Cedric was a very pleasant host. Made us feel comfortable and well serviced throughout.
There is also a supermarket right next door to the restaurant which makes it convenient.
The reception also allowed us a late checkout at 2pm with no charge. The staff were absolutely fantastic.
Now on to the not so great stuff…
The TV does not work properly as other TVs would connect to it accidentally. This was very frustrating.
The pool is quite small and overcrowded. Looks much better in photos than it does in the hotel. There isn’t much space especially in the peak hours.
The food was very average, not much choice as there are no rotations, just the same food every day.
There is a smell in the lobby area that needs to be sorted out. Although bearable, it is the type of smell that gives you a headache if in there too long.
In my opinion, the hotel is a little overpriced for the value of what you get.

I have a reservation with breakfast. I asked them to bring breakfast to the room because I am sick, and this is normal in all large and small hotels, but I was surprised by the refusal, as if I was asking them to eat for free. After they agreed with difficulty, they brought me this breakfast shown in the picture. It is not worthy of a luxury hotel as they claim, even if you went to a cafeteria. I could have had a better breakfast than this. I'm actually very upset. I booked the hotel based on my admiration for the advertisement, but the reality is actually different and their service is not suitable for Dubai at all.

I am 36 years old, and I have visited most countries in the world and stayed in hotels of all levels, and I can say that it is the worst and worst experience in my life because of the duty manager, George, and because of his lack of professionalism and his treatment of me as a customer. Unfortunately, the hotel is 5 stars and has been my favorite hotel since it opened in 2020.

I look forward to visiting again soon. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. The morning breakfast was particularly delicious, and the service in the restaurant was exceptional. It was truly an amazing experience.

When we arrived The person that was outside of the hotel took immediately our suitcases in order for him to help us . And when I tell you immediately I mean immediately !! They treated us like a star for real !! Service was amazing 12 out of 10 !! Our room was just perfect so clean and cozy !! And the cleaning service of the room was amazingly good !! I don’t have any words about it !!! The swimming pool was perfect. The water was hot ! And the water at the Jacuzzi was even hotter !! For breakfast you could have whatever you want , for real, this was not breakfast, this was Lunch! And in the breakfast, you could find expensive things like salmon 100% beef etch.. Location also 10/10 . So the experience 10/10
