Great place, exceeds expectations. The staff is very nice, kind and professional. The building is very clean (garage, elevator, reception, islands and rooms. Lots of artistic decor everywhere. The style of the rooms is great, incredible attention to detail. Very nice decoration, wooden furniture, great ventilation and very clean air from the air conditioner). and quiet. The bed is huge (2 x 2 m), the mattress is very very comfortable, even the cold water from the tap is cooled (as the temperature outside is 50 C and the water is about 10 C). Great view of the canal. I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai and around the world and this is one of the few.

Very beautiful art hotel. Each room is an amazing invention of the designer, everything is impressive: the carpet on the floor, the hookah vase, the photo wallpaper, even the cabinet doors.... Bravo to the chef, his masterpieces simply melted in the mouth. Very fresh new hotel. All rooms are designed by interesting and unusual art decore. Food is perfect also...

Stayed here for one night and I can't fault the place. Rooms are spacious, well laid out and have all high quality furnishings. The staff are helpful and courteous too.
I love the drawer in your room with tea, cups and glasses. Plus, the free bottled water in a glass bottle.
The breakfast was fantastic. You can order off the menu AND go full buffet mode. Needless to say, I made the most of the food and good coffee. Pool was cold too which was nice especially as the temperature was 46 degrees.
I'd consider staying here again as it's affordable and fairly close to the Dubai action.

This has been a beautiful experience. I booked this hotel because I stayed in the same hotel in Singapore, And experience here in Dubai has been just as great, maybe better!
The hotel decor is eclectic and funky, reservations were efficient and nurturing, but most of all the service in the restaurant by Rachel and her team was golden as they helped both times in deciding a meal and were very accommodating to our needs
I will recommend this Hotel with an A* rating. Keep up the great work

The hotel location is very near to Mall of Dubai, 5 minutes drive away only. The room facility is more than enough, and sparkling clean. But the most special one is their staffs, they are so friendly and always helpful. Rachel and Augustina (the restaurant waitresses) were so kind in assisting us with the information that we need, besides their excellent service of course.
One thing that I could give as a feedback is their breakfast, dont get me wrong, it's good already but it would be perfect if they can provide more variations.

Fantastic hotel - highly recommend. The staff were all excellent, breakfast was fantastic, and our room was comfortable and CLEAN. Exceptional value. The valet staff especially were especially lovely - and made sure our car was in and out quickly, even in peak heat! Special thanks to the breakfast staff and the valet staff - Abdul Jabbar - who made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant.

What an amazing hotel !! It's not the structure but the people who work here that make this hotel stand above all other hotels. The staff make you feel welcome. They will approach you to be of service. You are not left waiting, nor wondering what to do or how to organise anything. The staff have magnificent intuition and sense when a guest needs assistance. The layout of the rooms, the pool area met all of my needs. It is an exceptionally busy hotel, most likely given the proximity to Dubai Mall. They run a shuttle service to here and Kite Beach. I will be recommending to my friends, to stay here in the future.
