Best experience at Ramada Downtown, Dubai. The room was clean, quick housekeeping and the restaurant serves the best food. Must try their pasta variety.

Mr. Akbar meets you at the entrance and offers dates and coffee while you wait. Kind person!

Very good location, near to my work office. I had the pleasure getting a free room upgrade — staying in a large 2 bedroom suite though I arrived late. The breakfast was of good variety and all of the staff from valet, reception, room service and restaurant are all exceptional and polite. Will recommend and stay again.

We visited Dubai and we stayed to Ramada down town. Where can I start ? Firstly the service was extraordinary. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Akbar was amazingly kind he was serving us special Arabic coffee and he was always so friendly with this big smile. We felt like home and we definitely going to come back. Thank you for this amazing experience.

I am here now, the service is very excellent. Although the hotel is 4 stars, it easily pulls all 5. The staff is very polite, courteous, a lot of privileges in the form of compliments from the chef. They always give drinks for free, although you have to pay for them. Very cool hotel, especially the view from the window.

We visited Dubai for the first time, had doubts about the place to stay for a long time, but in the end we hit the mark. We haven't had such a wonderful atmosphere and comfort for a long time. We started with Booking.com, then went directly to the hotel's website, asked for a price (I recommend it to everyone - a life hack). There was a long correspondence with Mohammed Gomaa. Many thanks to him for his efficiency and attentiveness to all my requests and wishes! We chose a fountain view room, which was upgraded to a fountain and Burj Khalifa view upon arrival, for which special thanks. The room is large, with a kitchen. For us (my wife and I and two children, the youngest is 2 years old), this was very useful. The room was always clean and tidy, thanks to Saboor! We didn't get tired of the breakfasts (we recommend everyone to take them) in 10 days, because they were varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, tries to anticipate all your wishes, thank you. WE WANT TO EXPRESS SPECIAL THANKS TO THE RESTAURANT WAITER - ALI!!! His warm and attentive attitude towards our children and us, as well as towards all the guests of the restaurant, deserves special words. Now our eldest child has a dream - to return to Dubai to your hotel to meet Ali and say a huge thank you to him. If every person in their workplace is like you, Ali, then the world will become a better place. A huge thank you from all of us!

We have stayed at this hotel with our whole family several times already. It is a wonderful combination of ideal location, modern interior design, wonderful friendly staff. The staff works as a well-coordinated single organism. At the slightest hint they always rush to help. Special thanks to Imran, Iqbal, Mohammad who supported and helped when I lost my phone. Kind, responsive guys who always sincerely ask if everything is okay. We will stay here again and again.
