The restaurant staff were outstanding — always friendly and smiling. A special thank you to John, Sayed, Paria, Chandana, and Hayfa for their excellent service, and to the talented chefs Lucky and Ibrahim for the delicious meals. We would also like to recognize Omar, who kept our room spotless, and the rest of the kind and helpful Srilankans team members whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch.
The hotel’s facilities — including the swimming pool, spa, gym, and the breakfast and dinner buffets — were all excellent and added to our overall enjoyment. I had a wonderful stay at Voco Hotel recently. The service was top-notch, and I want to give a special mention to Rudra, Hary, and Abishek. They went above and beyond to help me during my visit. I had accidentally left my wallet behind, and thanks to their honesty and quick action, it was found and returned to me safely. Truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!
I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious options. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
