I recently had the pleasure of staying at the voco Dubai hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of attractions nearby. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a vast selection of delicious options to suit every taste.
But what really stood out was the outstanding service from the team. Friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, especially Ms Happy kwera , she truly made my stay special. I would highly recommend voco Dubai to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience in this amazing city. Five stars, without a doubt!

Love this hotel. What a nice view we had from our room. We also had breakfast for 13 days but it is everyday the same. I told the manager that maybe they can put some other things.
Our room was good.
We ate 3 times diner in the hotel for a cheap price and Sajjad is so so nice what a lovely person it is. He is so friendly and Alisa is doing so good. Shy woman but also so lovely.
Love this hotel and will recommend it.
The cleaners don’t vacuum the rooms. In the 2 weeks we notice that they never vacuum cleaned our room.

Enjoyed relaxing 60 minute and calming massage. My daughter and I were attended by Ruffa and Annie. Both professional and excellent massage therapists. Great ambience. We were immediately attended when we arrived and were

We are assisted by two friendly and professional ladies by the name of Mae and Happy from the Club Lounge during our check in and check out. We would like to commend them for a great customer service. They are awesome!!! The hotel itself speaks and shouts the 5-Star service!! The room and view are to die for. We decided at the last minute to stay here rather than other IHG hotels. The location is nice and the value of the hotel is perfect. Miss Happy offered us some upgraded options for us as a diamond member and she was very considerate that reminding us we might encounter some noises coming from the club. She is very thoughtful yet professional. Besides, Mae was very helpful to give us information of the Dubai! Thank you all.

Really high quality hotel with affordable rooms. Part of the ihg hotels group so you get your points on the rewards club.
Swimming pool is nice and clean, and hotel staff aplenty.

Hotel location is awesome, opposite with the famous museum of Dubai.
The most memory of mine is the bed, I slept well after a long flight and was really relax and rest.
The breakfast was tasty with many choices. I am happy with vegetables and fruit.
The restaurant inside the hotel is beautiful and the price is workable, I enjoyed muchly.
There was something relates to service but it was well arranged.
I highly recommend this hotel.
