We came to Conrad Hotel for a client meeting and one of their staff named Badawy provided exceptional courtesy while we waited in the hotel lobby. His professionalism and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Excellent service!

Spent 5 day in Conrad Dubai hotel. It was an amazing stay. I would choose the same hotel for future travels. The receptionist was helping and quick. The door man “Badawy” is one of the people that left an impression with his warm welcomes and greetings. The restaurants and the pool are okay. My stay was pleasant thank to the army of people working in the hotel. I didn’t need or complain about anything. The gym is sufficient. The facilities are good.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Gamze, the most delightful and gracious Turkish lady, who made my stay even more special. Her warmth and kindness were unforgettable, and I especially appreciated the delicious Arabic coffee she kindly offered me—it was a lovely, thoughtful gesture that made me feel right at home. This stay was truly memorable, and I’m grateful for the experience!

Wonderful hotel with exceptional services!

We had an early morning arrival and got to the hotel around 9am. They were able to get us a room with access to all the facilities. Swimming pool is beautiful with lovely poolside food and services. We love the Executive Lounge. This is for sure a better one compare to the others I have been to. Most importantly, they have a wonderful team with best services, especially the manager!!!

Had interconnecting rooms for a family of 4, both rooms were very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide range of options available.
The pool area was very clean and the pool offered the opportunity to escape the Dubai heat.
Would definitely recommend.

Special mention as I was celebrating my wife's birthday the surprised by nice towel art and bed decoration.

The spa at is a true haven of tranquility. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by Ms.Chompy who explained everything in detail and with a soothing ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The range of treatments offered is impressive, catering to a variety of preferences and needs. I was also delighted to know the spa has won some awards year on year on different platforms as i was browsing for products. I indulged in a deep tissue massage that was expertly delivered, melting away stress and tension. The spa facilities, including the steam room and relaxation lounges, were impeccably maintained and provided the perfect environment to unwind. The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail further enhanced the experience, making it one of the best spa visits I’ve visited

Dubai Conrad is one for the best examples of luxury and service. Whether you’re there to relax, rejuvenate, or simply enjoy a top-tier hotel experience, this is the place to be. The impeccable housekeeping and world-class spa facilities set it apart as a destination worth revisiting. The only thing to push more is breakfast buffet line up which has scope of improvement.

I had an amazing week! The staff are absolutely amazing. Nomi is such an amazing lady—so polite and sincere. She truly made my stay memorable, and I will always be grateful for her kindness. Jane, the switchboard lady, is a breath of fresh air and so sweet. Francis from the executive lounge is an attentive gentleman, always ensuring everything was perfect. The entire team was amazing and made me feel so welcomed. I will specifically miss the lamb chops—they were exceptional.

My overall stay was brilliant, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Very personalized service , making us feel like home . All staff are well mannered , very polite and friendly.

Strategic location as it’s walking distance to world trade centre metro station.

6:30 am to 11pm access to executive lounge, the longest hours I come across so far under Hilton Group of hotels.

The most grateful experience for me in this hotel is the freshly make hot ginger + honey + lemon drink from Francis at Executive Lounge . He is so caring and offer the drink upon knowing that I am suffering from bad cough and looking for such hot drink . Francis speaks softly, with the nice tone in fluent English. It’s such a pleasant experience to talk to him and have his personalized care. I am deeply touched 💞.
