Wonderful hotel with exceptional services!

We had an early morning arrival and got to the hotel around 9am. They were able to get us a room with access to all the facilities. Swimming pool is beautiful with lovely poolside food and services. We love the Executive Lounge. This is for sure a better one compare to the others I have been to. Most importantly, they have a wonderful team with best services, especially the manager!!!

Had interconnecting rooms for a family of 4, both rooms were very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was amazing with a wide range of options available.
The pool area was very clean and the pool offered the opportunity to escape the Dubai heat.
Would definitely recommend.

The housekeeping is simply exemplary. Every detail, no matter how small, was meticulously attended to, ensuring that my room remained immaculate throughout my stay. The linens were always crisp, the bathroom gleamed with cleanliness, and even the smallest items were perfectly arranged, reflecting a level of care and precision that is rare to find. The housekeeping team’s dedication to maintaining a pristine environment made my stay incredibly comfortable. Special mention as I was celebrating my wife's birthday the surprised by nice towel art and bed decoration.

The spa at is a true haven of tranquility. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by Ms.Chompy who explained everything in detail and with a soothing ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The range of treatments offered is impressive, catering to a variety of preferences and needs. I was also delighted to know the spa has won some awards year on year on different platforms as i was browsing for products. I indulged in a deep tissue massage that was expertly delivered, melting away stress and tension. The spa facilities, including the steam room and relaxation lounges, were impeccably maintained and provided the perfect environment to unwind. The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail further enhanced the experience, making it one of the best spa visits I’ve visited

Dubai Conrad is one for the best examples of luxury and service. Whether you’re there to relax, rejuvenate, or simply enjoy a top-tier hotel experience, this is the place to be. The impeccable housekeeping and world-class spa facilities set it apart as a destination worth revisiting. The only thing to push more is breakfast buffet line up which has scope of improvement.

I had an amazing week! The staff are absolutely amazing. Nomi is such an amazing lady—so polite and sincere. She truly made my stay memorable, and I will always be grateful for her kindness. Jane, the switchboard lady, is a breath of fresh air and so sweet. Francis from the executive lounge is an attentive gentleman, always ensuring everything was perfect. The entire team was amazing and made me feel so welcomed. I will specifically miss the lamb chops—they were exceptional.

My overall stay was brilliant, and I can’t thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Very personalized service , making us feel like home . All staff are well mannered , very polite and friendly.

Strategic location as it’s walking distance to world trade centre metro station.

6:30 am to 11pm access to executive lounge, the longest hours I come across so far under Hilton Group of hotels.

The most grateful experience for me in this hotel is the freshly make hot ginger + honey + lemon drink from Francis at Executive Lounge . He is so caring and offer the drink upon knowing that I am suffering from bad cough and looking for such hot drink . Francis speaks softly, with the nice tone in fluent English. It’s such a pleasant experience to talk to him and have his personalized care. I am deeply touched 💞.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Hotel. it was a great decision. we spent an unforgettable weekend. The room is large, luxurious, with a magnificent view. Also, everything is on an automatic system, which is modern and very convenient. special thanks to the hotel manager for the surprise for my husband's birthday. all these moments made our holiday unforgettable and the memories very special
our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations

This hotel is a very nice and luxurious place. Next to the Future Museum and the metro station, you can get around Dubai hearth easily.
We had our last night of Dubai here and our stay at the previous 2 nights were amazing, so we came with high expectations as it is a Conrad hotel. Unfortunately we had some disappointing things, which we never experienced. We have intolerance for milk so we always ask for oat milk for our in room coffee. In our years of Hilton travelling never been charged for it, this time yes. At the checkout they couldn’t do anything about it.
Also at the evening I guess we weren’t dress accordingly and were treated in a different way. Could have just let us know that you can’t be in flip flops next to the pool restaurant. Besides these and other negative experiences this is a nice hotel just needs a bit of management.

We stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Dubai and the service was exceptional. The staff from check-in and throughout our entire stay was amazing! The location is great for sightseeing and within close proximity to all major attractions. There is also a train station within walking distance. The rooms are tech savvy, well equipped and of a high standard. There are several restaurants at the hotel with good cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Dubai and plan on returning during our next visit to the United Arab Emirates.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 15 days, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The service was outstanding, the food at the restaurants was excellent, and the breakfast was amazing. Every member of the staff was dedicated and provided top-notch service, but I must give a special shoutout to Lorenzo at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fabulous and made us feel incredibly comfortable. I truly felt at home, but with all the luxury and amenities one could ask for. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

The service and staff have been exceptional. We are lucky enough to be able to access the Executive Lounge. The staff Lisa, Jenika and Francis are the most attentive and friendly members of the team, nothing is too much trouble. The food on the evening buffet is lovely.
The pool staff are friendly and the food is great. Always able to get a sun bed. Breakfast is plentiful even though it has been exceptionally busy.
