Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront

Had a wonderful stay. Loved the breakfast. They didn’t compromise on taste. Which is very unusual for breakfast buffets. Rakesh helped us out so well. Especially our little one. She was so happy. I can’t describe how grateful i am for this hotel, the staff was incredible and was the main reason i give 5 stars. Genuinely wish i can give 6 stars. At first we got the wrong room, they helped us move and switch easily. The staff was so nice and easily became friends with them and i am not the type to make friends. They helped me in everything and even when i lost my watch in the lobby. Would recommend to a friend and will definitely come back.

Great staff, service minded and always solution oriented. Slow and buggy wifi. Good restaurants. Nice views. Great location. Couldn’t switch air conditioner to heating mode, not sure if it’s common or only a «problem» in our room - we didn’t complain. Good value for money compared to similar hotels in the area. However, there is extensive construction activity around the hotel, so I’m wondering whether lower prices are due to the construction activity (Jan. 2025).

This hotel offers fantastic value for money! The price was very reasonable, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was within easy walking distance of many of the city's top attractions such as Dubai mall and canal making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or requests.

The only minor drawback was the internet speed, which was unfortunately quite slow at times. This impacted my ability to work effectively during my stay, which was a slight inconvenience.

Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a fantastic location.

The staff were very nice! Our checkin was smooth, we missed being upgraded but checkin staff kept us in the same executive room when we extended stay, thank you!
The dining staff were friendly - breakfast was busy period but they have done a fantastic job keeping the food plates full and prompt service. The business lounge staff was polite and attentive to little details and bought fresh food when we went a bit late! Food was very tasty and plenty of options with some variety over the week!
Our room had lovely canal and skyline views, not a shiny new skyscraper but management has done a fantastic job maintaining it!
We’d go again, recommended!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights everything was amazing,from staff from main gate to reception and then staff in breakfast buffet loved every moment we spent in this hotel.
VIJAY from room service was such a beautiful soul every single morning used to make our room look immaculate again.
Much recommended hotel and will definitely stay here again.if we ever get chance to see Dubai again.

We went to Firelake. Overall was a great experience.

We took the premium package with unlimited alcoholic drinks.
My favourite was the dessert more than the food.

With the package you have the food delivered to your table and not buffet style. I think the main course could use some improvement with flavouring.

Our waitress San was quite good considering it was very busy. She managed well.

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal in every aspect, I could give it 10 stars if google would let me.
When planning my one week vacation in Dubai, there were hundreds of hotels to choose from but I’m glad this hotel stood out and was available for the entire trip. I came with my sister and we both could write books about our wonderful experience here.
From checking in to checking out, we experienced nothing but the best of the best professional services by the employees, the hotel is absolutely stunning with luxurious interior decoration. Our hotel room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a tub and shower which was very convenient for the two of us, the view of the waterfront and downtown from our balcony was amazing!
We spent so much time at the pool, the bartender Ramesh and Lucas the lifeguard are on top of their work. I had most of the drinks on the menu and they were perfectly made. The Middle Eastern Fried Chicken appetizer is one of the best chicken I’ve ever had in my entire life, I couldn’t get enough of the flavor and soft texture. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. Current guests be on the lookout for happy hour, all the drinks are so cheap I felt like they were free.
The man cleaning our room also did a great job, I just never caught his name.
*There is NO Microwave in the hotel*
This hotel is centrally situated near a lot of fine dining restaurants, cute coffee cafes, and within walking distance to the Bay Avenue Park Mall which was perfect.

Nice hotel in good location on The Palm and close walk to monorail station. Stayed for 5 nights in a partial sea view room. Room was clean and spacious. The twin beds were very big and comfortable.
We got 4 complimentary bottles of water in our room every day. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
Only a couple of minor disappointments.The bar fridge didn't seem to be working and was apparently checked by the maintenance but still didn't cool the bottled water. And firm or extra pillows were requested a couple times but not received. Overall a good hotel to stay on The Palm.
