I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a fantastic experience! Bala and Omar were exceptional – they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel room was consistently clean, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive to the guests.

However, there was one minor inconvenience with the water temperature in the shower, which would occasionally switch from too hot to too cold. Despite this, my overall stay was very pleasant, and the exceptional service made up for it.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and cleanliness!

The room is stunning and the staffs are smart and professional.

The staff are amazing, reservations, front office, back office, security, house keeping, room service, concierge, waiters ,waitresses and engineers.

During the flood, they handled everything the best to their ability given the sudden deluge and did their best to ensure both customer and overall staff safety.

The business lounge is great for those there on business. Only recommendation is for the Business Lounge chef to be more creative and offer different food varieties on the evening menu.

Great location, very close to central Dubai attractions and mall.

Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh linen and towels etc provided along with bottle water which was also brought to our room when requested, bravo!!.

Special mention for the superb mattress and pillows...absolutely the best and most comfortable we've ever had anywhere in our many travels, fellow tourists will know just how important this really is.

The breakfast buffet is extensive and extremely satisfying in its variety of food offerings and hot or cold drinks, I especially liked the great juice selections and plunger tea as well as the glass bottled smoothies on ice.
Again a special mention for the table staff, they were just great and cleared the table of used plates etc quickly and offered fresh coffee etc and offered to have various breakfast foods made freshly for us every time we ate there - excellent way to start the day!.

The lobby staff were always fast, efficient and very helpful but always friendly .... service with a smile is very welcome for weary travellers and these guys do it very well.

Our experience of Radisson Blu Waterfront was very positive, the tariff is reasonable and the location very convenient.
We couldn't fault this Hotel and had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay here, highly recommended - Bravo!!!.

I am here for a vacation and to enjoy it. I personally suffer from wheat allergy and this disease causes me fatigue and problems when traveling. I am an employee in the field of aviation (air traffic control).
Thanks to God, this hotel had a very respectable cook who treated me with professionalism and appreciation for my health condition
He came to my table more than once to check on the food and the service and its safety.
For 3 days, he did not delay in providing all the healthy meals he could that suit my health condition.
I saw in his eyes the love for his workplace and his concern for the quality and safety of service.
I was happy and lucky to have a cook (Ahmed) who was so honest and professional.
Two of his assistants were with him. (Mahmoud) was serving and helping at the table.
The other (Fatih) was from the kitchen department. He was very careful about the cleanliness of the food served to me and would offer more service whenever I wanted.

Our first hotel on this vacation and I have to admit very happy to be there. We received a room with amazing view. Breakfast was great, service was great and in general everything went smooth. It’s a bit noisy as there is construction all over the area but ok at the end it’s Dubai.. it cannot be truly quiet.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights, and we are honestly very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff, the food was excellent and in general there is nothing that cannot be done. All the time the staff was concerned, came to us with a smile and tried to satisfy our wishes. The reception is very friendly, professional and always at your service, the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are very spacious and clean, clean bed linen and towels are changed every day. The hotel has a gym as well as a spa. If we weren't in DUBAI but some other city, we wouldn't even have left the room, we had everything we needed for comfort and pleasure in the hotel. I will surely return to it and I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone. Yes, there are two construction sites outside and 2 buildings are being built, I read some reviews that it is noisy and you can't sleep? honestly, we were asleep and didn't hear anything, and for the rest, you have to understand that the world does not turn towards you and that these are normal things that follow us through life, for those who are eternally grumpy, I recommend that they take a tent and go to the desert, for free and enjoy alone in silence.
