Navi, from housekeeping is awesome!
Lovely rooms and hotel service.
We however did not have any sports/English channels to watch on the television.
Our bathroom didn't have a bathing rag and often our floor mat was removed and not replaced.
Otherwise, room was quite comfortable. A guide as to how the lights and television work would have been a nice touch

Kai is a lovely and sweet lady. She is always there to offer help with a huge smile on her face. She is defending an added value to the restaurant ❤️

The hotel is comfortable an d clean. the breakfast is nice and well.
Special thanks to Mohammed Shohag from housekeeping department who made his best to make our room look perfectly clean and tidy. The area is not busy, maybe a minus that there's nothing around on walking distance but the metro is close and we were able to go wherever we wanted.

Reception staff Ms Nicolt is one of the best we have encountered so far as we have been staying in this hotel whenever we attend trade exhibitions. She even sent a birthday cake to our room, a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are clean, no odour. House keeping staff Md Siphon was friendly and was ready to help.

We have a little comment to make on the bathroom. Shower water dripped out through the dividing seams onto the floor, we think that removing the bathtub would make stepping onto the wet floor safer.
