Great hotel and service. You're treated like you're the only guest at the hotel from the moment you park your car. The staff make you feel like they'll do anything and all you have to do is ask. Night manager lady in charge of the front desk was extremely thoughtful and allowed us to have a late check out once she checked that it was possible.
The butler service gives you 2 items free press per guest per day which is very helpful. They also help you with things like prepare coffee/ tea for you or prepare your car. Everything is well thought of, like the car for example which is prepared for you in the basement right next to the elevators. If you go down without asking them to prepare it there's a nice air conditioned waiting area as well.
The location is great and I bet you could have a nice walk on the canal if the weather was a bit better.
All in all I could go on and on about the hotel. I highly recommend it. It's one the best hotels I've tried in Dubai.

This hotel is amazing. Wonderful service and great central location. Breakfast has nice fruits.
It's not a perfect hotel. Those don't exist. But it was my favorite hotel of my two-week trip around the world.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The room is a true sanctuary, a place you'd want to live. Generous space, a cozy nook for relaxing and enjoying the views, and a world class bathroom. Certainly a top three hotel stay in my life. I will return!

I stayed here alone this time for business. Although I did not stay very long, I had a wonderful experience. Check-in went without a hitch and was handled by a very nice receptionist. The hallway from the elevator to my room was also kept very clean, which added to the anticipation of my room. The room was more spacious than I had imagined and had a great design, with a view of the beautiful Dubai Creek. When I asked the butler for coffee, he provided it with very nice service and a smile.
One disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast staff did not seem very energetic. Additionally, the food was not of the quality I expected, and the experience did not justify the price. Overall, I had a very nice experience and would stay there again.

The rooms are amazing. However what has set them apart is their staff. The staff makes this place simply amazing. They were not just friendly but all had outgoing personalities which made it even better. They knew our names and greeted us like they had known us for years. When I come back I’ll be sure to stay here. It’s perfectly located along the canal in the business district downtown in close proximity to everything. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!! The views are from my window on the canal side.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel thanks to their outstanding service. The butler service was impeccable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and pool was perfect. They were incredibly helpful in arranging taxis, making my travels around the city effortless. The best thing is that hotel staff is so friendly and welcoming. Sheina at the front desk who checked us in was really nice and friendly. It’s really amazing to meet people with positive energy and engagement. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and accommodating stay.

Great Conference Facilities! Was invited for a conference on Friday 26th of April and was amazed at their tech set up, layout of chairs was done to perfection, catering was excellent and the lunch was brilliant. The bright LED screen for the presenters was excellent and allows for blinds to be open to still enjoy the wonderful view - gone are the days of dark rooms and projectors. Food is always the highlight of most events and I thought it was excellent - please see photos below.

Lovely hotel with the most proffessional staff.
I want to thank everyone from house keeping to personal butler even chefs at breakfast buffet.
The staff were wonderful at taking care of me during Dubai rain storm time when every other hotel wont accommodate me.

My husband and I stayed at here March 30-31 and April 6-9. Our experience was truly perfect. The staff was wonderful and friendly our personal favorite was Yusuf at the front door. He was so warm, and helpful whenever we had questions.
Everyone we encountered from the young man who checked us in on both of our stays (I don't know his name but he was very fast and efficient), to the wait staff, security and butlers were exceptional. We were truly impressed with the level of service we received.
