I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay. Upon request, I was given a room with a balcony, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Sana, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Her warm and professional attitude truly stood out. The rest of the service staff were equally friendly and helpful, making the entire experience exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast—what more could you ask for?

Our room was near the highway which was quite noisy at night.
Service is good and respons fast but housekeeping does take initiative to throw certain items away, like my sunglasses' bag...
Location could be better. Even though it's relatively close to the Downtown area, it's still quite a walk there. We tried once and we made it, but we took a taxi next time around. The hotel is currently also near quite a few construction sites. It hasn't caused me any problems with noise, but it isn't the best view.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight of my trip. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Special thanks to Sana, Sweta, Chef Sashas, and Marie, who not only provided excellent service but were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warmth and professionalism made my mornings even better.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place to stay in Dubai with top-notch service and a wonderful breakfast experience.
Especially I want to mention Ruth and Chef Karim.
At first evening, our children didn't find anything that will suits for the to eat, since they get used to some specific food.
At first evening Ruth and Chef Karim prepared for them special dishes.
Also at the second evening we were very surprised, that there was exclusive exceptional dinner for us, prepared by Ruth and chef Karim.
To summarize, it was really pleasant stay and were a lot of attention to details and customer service deserves highest score!
Breakfast menu in the hotel was very good with lot of choices. Special thanks to Vicky and Sara from the breakfast section. Definitely will stay here again in our next Dubai Trip.
We stayed for a week, we can not fault the hotel at all. The room was clean, well equipped, neat and tidy, brilliant air con and amenities.
All the staff were amazing, special shout out to the guys who work in the pool bar! They looked after us all week and were so nice and friendly.
