The hotel is located on the beachfront. It is a massive hotel with lots of activities to do which includes 5 swimming pools, spa, beach football and volleyball, small waterpark and gym as well

It's not at all cheap, both the rooms and the food. But the location is good and the facilities are great for a staycation. Easy access to the pool and water sports and bars, etc

Kids club was also great and our kids (3,4 and 5) enjoyed going there. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond. A memorable first big family holiday

Very helpful stuff but hotel accepts guests more than their service capacity. Restaurants were full, it was difficult to find a spot close to the pool, etc

There s always dome kind of entertainment in the evening on the beach side and we had a great time. Great service, excellent entertainment facilities and an amazing property

We had a great time at the property and thoroughly enjoyed the All inclusive package which had some of the best drinks and food included in it

The pools were clean and the buffet was just amazing with so much variety and delicious taste. The hotel probably is not considered luxurious but the rooms were spacious, house keeping was on time

Appreciate they upgraded one of my rooms to a suit. Not luxurious and also not low quality. My kids like the water slides although not many. Dinner is okay but not various varieties available

I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner

They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent

Interest connections has issues at room. Swimming pool close to early, 6:30 pm not allow to use the pool. Most hotel I visited before in UAE , allow the guest enjoy the pool at least till 8pm

The hotel is under renovation , and it was not so quiet. Hotel food was good , but what maked this hotel 5* its staff - SHAKIRA was the best. Also guys at check-in was great

Chef also go to favore us - and he prepared dishes in request ( eggs benedicts ) - will be back for sure after renovation will be done

The extra bed supplied for an adult was very uncomfortable which obviously resulted in poor sleep for the guest. The breakfast however was excellent.

Just wished they have at least one simple slide in the beach or pool into water for children. The kids club for max 0-3 yo. Ladies in gym are also friendly and helpful

It was our third stay at Pullman. Everything went great. Right from arrival till departure. The staff was courteous and friendly. The facilities were great. Truly an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Very impressed after our first couple of days here. The hotel is great, food and entertainment is very good. A little busy but I suppose that’s due to how much is on offer here

We enjoyed sooo much A lot of activities for kids

For the simplest things they will waste at least 49 min of your time of lobby. My child got sick and they weren’t able to call pediatrician at the hotel, I have to do everything myself

The beach is closed so you have no ocean view from the entire property. Currently heavy machinery extending the beach to make way for future developments

They did not inform us there is no direct beach access during bookings or check in you had to find out by yourself

I loved the view at this hotel. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive

A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool

Cons were quite lukewarm food , but a great variety and themed nights I really enjoyed the food, my husband is a little fussy, but still managed to find something to eat

We booked trip to Dubai through the guy in reception, good day with a really nice guy , we did a boat dinner cruise, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall aquarium
