For families with kids
Please it would like to be better if the pool and beach will open earlier than 9am it is nice if open 7am
Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show
For the food it nice and a lot of choices but the menu of sweet is poor and for us the toast not nice, also of you can increase the selection of fruit not only 3 kind of fruit. I hope you the best and success
I would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome and their smile and thanks for the management for that. Just I have few suggestions as below:

We have just returned fro 7 nights and 7 days at this Hotel Family of 6. The hotel couldn't do enough for us. There is building works going on inside and outside the resort but this didn't bother us too much
We had stayed in same hotel in Makkah and it was nice, and we enjoyed here in Marjan Island RAK as well

There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout
The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, making it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and unforgettable service
I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on
Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids
There s always dome kind of entertainment in the evening on the beach side and we had a great time. Great service, excellent entertainment facilities and an amazing property

The pools were clean and the buffet was just amazing with so much variety and delicious taste. The hotel probably is not considered luxurious but the rooms were spacious, house keeping was on time
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the services provided. I would like to especially highlight the exceptional service at the reception

Appreciate they upgraded one of my rooms to a suit. Not luxurious and also not low quality. My kids like the water slides although not many. Dinner is okay but not various varieties available
I had a great experience at this hotel! Although there was a small issue with my reservation initially, the staff quickly resolved it in a professional and efficient manner
They made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my needs despite the delay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was excellent

We got half board staycation and it was really good decision, easy and no need to think where to eat
The hotel is under renovation , and it was not so quiet. Hotel food was good , but what maked this hotel 5* its staff - SHAKIRA was the best. Also guys at check-in was great
The food is nice, and the restaurant’s staff is very attentive, just wished they offer at least one kind of fresh juice
The extra bed supplied for an adult was very uncomfortable which obviously resulted in poor sleep for the guest. The breakfast however was excellent.
Chef also go to favore us - and he prepared dishes in request ( eggs benedicts ) - will be back for sure after renovation will be done
Pools and beach are good , other facilities are ages, hospitality are fine

Very impressed after our first couple of days here. The hotel is great, food and entertainment is very good. A little busy but I suppose that’s due to how much is on offer here
Nice hotel, very good breakfast, very accomodating staffs.

A lot of activities for kids
For the simplest things they will waste at least 49 min of your time of lobby. My child got sick and they weren’t able to call pediatrician at the hotel, I have to do everything myself
The beach is closed so you have no ocean view from the entire property. Currently heavy machinery extending the beach to make way for future developments
They did not inform us there is no direct beach access during bookings or check in you had to find out by yourself

The resort’s ambience is like a peaceful countryside escape, surrounded by palm trees, a beautiful pool, and direct beach access. It felt like a little slice of paradise
The buffet food was a treat, offering a wide variety of delicious international dishes that catered to every palate. The highlight of our stay was the New Year’s Eve beachfront celebration for 2025
BM Beach Resort delivered great value, great fireworks view, and highly satisfactory experience, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking memorable New Year fireworks!
The drone and laser shows, combined with the spectacular fireworks, were nothing short of magical. It was an unforgettable experience that made our New Year’s celebration truly special
Location was good with greenery and beach side. The water near the slide was very cold during December. Lot of cats near the room and restaurant
adnan greeted us and provided us with all the necessary info and arrangements. We were also provided with free room upgrades. Activities during the day were great. They always kept us entertained until late night
