Al Hamra Residence

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel ☀️ The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always eager to meet our needs. From the very beginning, we were captivated by the warm atmosphere and the professionalism of the restaurant team. The women and men working in the restaurant were always very kind. We would especially like to thank the men with a big heart – Jacob – for his help and the attention he gave to our little daughter.

I have a pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel, the food is amazing and view from the hotel is absolutely fantastic. This experience was all the more enjoying and I wish I could stay here, the staff is so kind and helpful especially housekeeping Joel. He has become our favorite among my brothers.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Al Hamra Residence. The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. I’d like to give a special mention to Hannan, the lifeguard, who went above and beyond to make our beach experience exceptional. He was always there when we needed assistance and ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our time. His friendly and welcoming attitude made a great impression, and he genuinely cared about making all guests feel satisfied.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the dinner didn’t meet our expectations. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

The overall service throughout my stay was exceptional, and I truly felt like a valued guest. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

A special mention goes to my server, [ABDUL], who made my dining experience unforgettable. He were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. ABDUL was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made fantastic recommendations, which made my meal even more enjoyable.

Had a great stay at the hotel.. It is a beautiful property with great amenities. Rooms were very spacious and well kept. Kids got their share of enjoyment with a kids area and 3 pools. The property has access to a nice beach . The gym is open till 9 , it has a great array of equipment.The restaurant had decent selection of foods and service was great ..Mr Anish is one I know by name.. overall it is a great place to stay and enjoy with your family without breaking the bank..

Overall, the hotel is great and the staff is very friendly.
The restaurant also has a good food variety.
As for the kids club, it’s an amazing place for kids and adults too. The two supervisors, Sadaf and Rosalie, are very friendly and welcoming. They pay attention to the kids and guide them through the place.
I enjoyed the experience with my kids and I also shared in many activities there… coloring, Jinga, face painting, paper crafting, footman, play station, watching cartoons…..etc
It would be great if the kids area is equipped with a toilet since there is a facility for the parents to leave their kids for a while and leave.

Great Stay.
Just had a really chill time. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was awesome. I loved the location too – it was super easy to get around and see everything. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good spot to stay.

We truly enjoyed our recent two-day stay. The hotel's location made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and with amazing beachfront view.

The breakfast was a delightful start to each day offering a variety of both continental and local delicacies. The restaurant staff (Nick and Magie) were particularly friendly and ensured our dining experience was pleasant.

This hotel is lovely, it’s so so so pretty with great pools and beach. It’s close to the mall and not to far from Dubai, the rooms are lovely with great views. Definitely go all inclusive though as it is very hot. The highlight is most definitely the staff though. They are so nice and serve you instantly they are very kind. Jacob was extremely kind to the kids. He was so so nice and made them smile a lot. Loved it

This is my fourth time checking in here, and it still feels just as peaceful and serene as the first time. The atmosphere is always calming, making it a perfect getaway spot.

The Manager on duty was very pleasant to talk to and provided prompt assistance. He was friendly and efficient, making sure everything went smoothly during my check-in. He even reminded me about the H Rewards program, knowing that I often come back to this hotel.

Al Hamra Village Hotel and Al Hamra Residence share access to a beautiful beach, which is a great feature. Guests can enjoy the beach until 7 PM daily, giving plenty of time to relax by the water.

Parking is easy here, with plenty of spaces available. For added convenience, valet parking is also an option.

I live in Dubai, and every holiday chance I get, I always try to visit this place. Overall, my experiences at this hotel have always been wonderful, with excellent service and a serene environment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
