Hilton Garden Inn Al Muraqabat - Deira

I had a great experience in this hotel and especially Patrick who has gone far and beyond and the lovely lady in reception at night yesterday 28/09/25 it’s a shame I didn’t get her name overall all the staff are friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week with two room reservations, and I had a fantastic experience. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, and Mr. Patrick was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He ensured our check-in went smoothly and guided us to our interconnected rooms, which were very convenient.

The hotel was not crowded, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. We took advantage of the complimentary daily services to Dubai Mall and La Mer Beach, both of which were great. The gym and pool were definitely the highlights of our stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat - A Fantastic Stay!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat and had a truly wonderful experience.

Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short drive from Dubai Airport. It's also conveniently close to shops, pharmacies, and shopping centers, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers.
Amenities: The hotel offers a rooftop pool, 1st floor (mezzanine) gym, meeting rooms, Muslim prayer rooms, Lower level has even a guest laundry facility—everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
Rooms: The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect space to relax after a busy day.
Breakfast: The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Waiters and chefs were amazing ( can’t remember their names )
Kudos to the staff truly went above and beyond. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. A special shoutout to Mohamed, May, and Patrick at the front desk for their exceptional service, and Ronald, our housekeeper, for keeping our room spotless & Rahmathulla from Housekeeping for assisting with our laundry, he is very friendly and courteous.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you're in Dubai for business or leisure, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat.

1 week stay, excellent location, lots of shops and facilities like pharmacy around, restaurants too. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety, very accommodating staff - especially shamola and Esther! Room service was daily and excellent! Rooms are nice and big. Would definitely recommend. Hotel and staff were wonderful. There was also a free shuttle to Dubai Mall which helped out a lot.

As a solo traveler i had a great experience overall. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what I needed after a long day. While the hotel isn’t very close to the Dubai Metro, taxis are easy to find and make getting around simple. The location itself is in a busy area, so expect some hustle and bustle. It has adequate pool and quaint fitness room on the top floor. I definitely recommend for a comfortable short stay.

Our family of six stayed here for six nights. While being close to the airport, the windows have an extra pane of glass that keeps the noise out. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows go flat during the night. The water temperature fluctuated during showers, cycling between cool to quite hot.

Breakfast each morning was great with plenty of options. Pritam, Hana, Sarita, and the rest of the staff were wonderful (and made delicious cappuccinos and omelets).

The rooftop pool, though rather small, is refreshing. With the towels always being in short supply or not available at all. The lifeguards were also friendly.
