Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton

I recently stayed at the Al Seef Heritage Hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The property itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, providing a genuine glimpse into the rich culture and history of Dubai. The location along the creek is serene, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. I had arranged a surprise for my sister’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my requests made the celebration truly special. They helped with every aspect, from decorations to arranging a surprise that left my sister completely amazed.

The level of care and hospitality we received was second to none. I would highly recommend Al Seef Heritage Hotel to anyone looking for a unique stay in Dubai, with world-class service and a truly authentic experience.

I was passing by, it was very beautiful.

In the planning and design, the architecture in general and the rooms in particular, you can feel: style, a special atmosphere of the East... staying in this hotel is a separate attraction in itself... For romantics - a must-see!

This is just one of many pictures. The hotel is very beautiful. The restaurants were very clean. The staff is nice and attentive. Breakfast here is buffet style and there’s really nothing that you can think of that wasn’t here. Mr. Ayman and the rest of the breakfast is so nice and attentive. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist. I made a special request for a complimentary room setup for my cousin, who had just gotten married, and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully they fulfilled the request for the newlyweds. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made their stay even more memorable. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Convenient location, easy access to taxi/bus. 2 metro stations in 15 minute walking distance on each side.
Many shops, cafe, restaurants in the area. Easy walkways, perfect to take a stroll at any time of day/night.

Completely safe and Very helpful staff.

Rooms and building are made in traditional Bait style, I like the quiet old world charm it offers.
Very comfy room and bed is superb, I slept like a baby.

From the moment you stepped into the lobby, you are greeted with friendly and lovely smiles from the staff that are ready to serve you. You can experience the exquisite ambience of old dubai. Decorated creatively which gives you a different feel from the modern hotels. Enjoyed every moment of the stay. Room is equipped with all the necessities. Love the comfortable bed and pillows.
