Best Western Plus Pearl Creek Hotel

Booked this hotel for 4 nights including half board meal plan. For starters, all the staff at the hotel are very pleasant and helpful. I paid extra for a room with Creek and Burj Khalifa view. The view would have been wonderful if the windows were clean but unfortunately they were very dirty. The room itself was pleasant with a comfortable bed, the bathroom was also good and clean. However, there is something about the bathroom I have never seen in a hotel before. It has a sliding frosted glass door that leaves a gap when closed and the door cannot be locked. So privacy when you are in the bathroom is non existent. I have heard other people talking and complaining about this in the hotel. If you are planning on a stay with meal plan, then think carefully. Breakfast is buffet style and very good. However, lunch and dinner leaves a lot to be desired. Everyday you will get fresh fruit as a starter, a bowl of salad and the main meal choice is very limited. Some of the dishes are nice and some not so nice. You will also get a soft drink, tea and coffee is on the menu but we were never offered these. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay without meal basis, just room and breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay bar the negatives I have highlighted.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Dubai, and my experience was a mixed bag.

On the positive side, the food was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes, and the quality of the meals in the restaurant was impressive.

However, I encountered a frustrating issue during checkout. The staff's behavior was less than ideal; they knocked on my door repeatedly before the checkout time, which felt intrusive and disrupted my departure. It was disappointing, given the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Overall, while the food and amenities were commendable, the staff's approach during checkout left a negative impression.
