A new stylish hotel for those who appreciate comfort and innovative design. Across the road from the hotel waterfront. Within walking distance are the supermarket, the gold Souk and spice market. The hotel has multilingual staff.

Location: 13 km from the airport Dubai, in the Deira district, within walking distance to the gold Souk Gold Souk (20 minutes).
Consists of one 4-storey building. Each floor is made in individual design style.
The hotel has 103 comfortable rooms in the style of hi-tech.
Total area: 1 804 m2.
Beach: public, sandy, 5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

in a week long middle east trip we booked hotels in different parts to cover the surrounding area and one of the hotels was Hues. I am giving it the least possible rating because:
1. non-family friendly location: it has a night club with drunk and dizzy folks walking thru the hotel lobby almost falling over at night.
2. the night club plays loud music until 2 am in the night.
3. absolutely no parking infront of the hotel for pick up and drops, its a very busy side street so its hard to stop on the street.
4. filthy carpet, dirty sheets, patched up walls all over, clogged tub, gloomy lighting, small blocked off window, no view to outside.
5. staff is there to thug you, not helping at all when i complained about the window looking directly at the building beside it which was "city view" as per the staff.
It has been my worst hotel experience so far. the only 2 positives being breakfast was good with mostly tropical cuisine but their European spread was stale and the gym was well equipped.
pls beware that this is not a family oriented hotel, but perfect for very anti-social (drinking and hooking up) guests.

The hotel staff were just okay as I didn't interact with them much due to my short stay. The room was tidy but bare, with no tissues, slippers, and the carpet was very dirty. The phone was dead and not working, the electronic curtain was broken, and the bathroom lacked personal toiletries. All of this could be overlooked, but the noise from the nightclub shook the entire hotel and made it impossible to sleep until 5 AM Additionally, the hotel located near to airport so you hear aircraft landing noise every 5 minutes. No free car parking in hotel “AED20/Day”.

On of the worst experiences I’ve ever had
1- rooms are tight dirty old and the furniture is falling apart and the smell very bad and the carpet is dirty also
2-the front desk employees are so rude and not welcoming and useless.
3-hotel have nightclub all nights and the rooms are not sound proof so you and your children couldn’t sleep well besides the airplanes sound is so annoying.

Spent 5 nights at the hotel with my husband and son .Friendly and helpful staff.
Hassle free check in and check out.
I would say that the bathroom in our room needs an update but otherwise a pleasant stay.
Location is ideal if you plan on shopping in gold souk or nearby naif souk etc.
We booked with Agoda and paid the exact amount we booked for no more .
Only unpleasant experience I had is was that I tried to contact them via email on several email addresses but no response.Eventually got them on telephone to sort out my problem.
We booked 3 months in advance and only as a couple and a month before the trip I had to take my 9 year old son with .I tried contacting them to inform them that we have a child with us.
Thank you to the staff.

Carpets in the room really dirty & need to be change it, we tried number of rooms & this issue in all rooms. Music sounds really noisy.
No free parking available belong to hotel
Yes there’s paid parking but not easy to find a slot at night, other paid parking available in hotel basement with 20 dirham per hour but it’s very narrow & risky for big car.

My stay at Hues Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. On the downside, the initial room was suffocatingly filled with the smell of harsh cleaning chemicals, which made it impossible to breathe. However, after requesting a change, the staff accommodated us in a different room.
Communication with the reception was inconsistent, as there were instances where our queries seemed to slip through the cracks. The dim lighting in the room and the inability to open windows added to the discomfort.
Additionally, the pool area was undergoing maintenance during our visit, and the staff provided incorrect opening hours, causing inconvenience.
The noise from passing planes was noticeable, affecting the tranquility of the surroundings.
On a positive note, the gym facilities were commendable despite the dated equipment.
The spacious gym boasted a variety of machines, making workouts enjoyable. However, it’s definitely missing towels and water there.
The hotel's WiFi performed well, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Fortunately, the soundproofing in the room shielded us from the aircraft noise, ensuring a peaceful rest.

It's a shame that the hotel is so noisy and the staff is not up to standards. Right next to the road and an apartment building, the sound and hight music from the lobby is unbearable and if you get a room across the apartment building behind its terrible if the people are making noise. I would not recommend this hotel, its at best a 2 of 5 stars or 5 of 10. The best thing is the in house restaurant and the decore and some nice elements in the room. Value wise don't pay for then 200aed

1-gave me a room with a none working ac then upgraded me to a suite which was nice of them but
2-the suite sink in the bathroom kept leaking so hard as if there was no pipe , from the sink straight to the floor (room 419) and if splatters everywhere
3-master light switch was acting up Aj’s kept turning on and off various times in the night by itself every 2 minutes waking me up , at some point it had turned on after I turned it off and stoped acting up so I gave up and slept with the light on
4-they made me pay a tourist fee when I’m a resident? , which doesn’t make sense at all , it was only 15 AED but it’s the concept itself which is super strange to me
On the bright side the room was decently clean , the gentlemen at the reception was very nice and so were the other workers , this is just poor hotel management and carelessness , not the workers fault

The room is spacious and has window but no balcony so rated it 4. Service is warm and all the staffs are helpful and genuine. Location is near to shops and markets.
