Consists of one 4-storey building. Each floor is made in individual design style.
The hotel has 103 comfortable rooms in the style of hi-tech.

Beach: public, sandy, 5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

The lobby was no better—there was a dark black stain on the seating area, and it smelled like sweat. There was loud noise from a nearby nightclub throughout the night, constant sounds from planes landing every 15 minutes, and construction noise coming from the lobby area. It was impossible to get a good night’s rest.
When I asked about a late check-out, the manager informed me that the latest possible check-out was 1 PM, and for each additional hour, I would have to pay an extra 75 AED. For a room that cost 159 AED for the night, this felt incredibly unreasonable.
However, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the staff were all very kind, supportive, and always smiling. I am grateful for their warm attitude, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall state of the hotel.
I hope I never have to stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
What I found most disappointing was the parking policy—guests are charged 20 AED per day, which feels excessive for an in‑house guest. Additionally, the breakfast offered is not buffet style but rather a limited set menu, which does not provide much variety.
Overall, while the staff were polite, the facilities and services did not meet the standard I expected, and I hope the management will address these issues to improve the guest experience.

I would say that the bathroom in our room needs an update but otherwise a pleasant stay.
Location is ideal if you plan on shopping in gold souk or nearby naif souk etc.
We booked with Agoda and paid the exact amount we booked for no more .
Only unpleasant experience I had is was that I tried to contact them via email on several email addresses but no response.Eventually got them on telephone to sort out my problem.
We booked 3 months in advance and only as a couple and a month before the trip I had to take my 9 year old son with .I tried contacting them to inform them that we have a child with us.
