Would've loved it more if the check-in experience was more seamless, as we had to wait and escalate even though we had prepaid in advance for the room of our choice. A room on the higher levels would've been better appreciated, when it came to the views of the Dubai Creek.
As expected from the Sheraton, customer service is always good and the room was clean.
I like their free wooden toothbrushes. I took two for good use after!!.
It was hard not to splash water onto the floor during the shower due to their design.
I understand the privacy, but it would’ve been amazing if the guests have access to the creek behind the swimming pool. I would’ve enjoy drinking a cup of coffee/tea looking at the water, sunrise or sunset.
8 minutes walk from the train station and 13 minutes walk from Carrfour grocery store.

The hotel is very nice even though the look from the window is awesome.
The hotel is very near the metro station by walking distance only.
Breakfast is very nice and all the staff are very polite i appreciate it.
For entertainment on walking distance dhow cruise is available so we can enjoy with the same.
Overall my experience was very nice i recommend this hotel to everyone to visit the spectacular view.
We stayed in double twin bed room ..with family 3. We had very good stay!
Breakfast is good.. continental, including indian foods.
Again, Creek's view is spectacular from room ... most of the time we spent there.
Don't miss creek view rooms facing west side. (See Photos)

Food - breakfast has variety of foods including Arabic, Indian, and Western. Tasty too!
