Absolutely wonderful experience at Hilton Dubai! We hosted a birthday party there, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The event space was beautifully decorated and provided the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

The catering was top-notch—the food was delicious, and the presentation was impressive. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the menu! The hotel also went above and beyond to make the birthday person feel special, with thoughtful touches that made the day memorable.

Cleanliness and comfort were clearly priorities, as our accommodations were pristine and cozy. Plus, the location was convenient, making it easy for everyone to join the festivities.

Absolutely incredible staff going from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Everyone is so considerate, polite and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The hotel is majestic, super clean and well worth staying in. The rooms are kept to a high standard and were dust free. We had breakfast at The Spice Tree, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was flavorful, with a wide variety of options to suit all preferences. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, making it a delightful start to the day.

What a great welcome at this hotel after an overnight flight! Thanks to Hilton Honor Gold membership, we got the possibility to already check-in at 9am and could even enjoy the complementary amazing breakfast buffet. Room upgrade included🤩

The service is absolutely outstanding, very friendly and professional - especially Florence ensured that we constantly kept our caffeine levels high by reading our minds whenever we required a refill of the tasty Austrian Meinl coffee, and Ahmed who always took good care of keeping our satisfaction levels high.

Good to know before you decide for this hotel:
- Location could be better (in terms of being closer to public transport).
- both pools have no more sun mid afternoon/evening and you have to pay extra for the larger sunbeds, only a handful free ones on top floor
- Dry Hotel (no alcohol)

From the Receptions , Breakfast, House Keeping. It made our stay wonderful.

The receptionist April was Sincere Welcoming making the experience comfortable and smooth process.

Breakfast : breakfast was delightful as they had a variety of option to choose from, especially the Wonderful staffs that are caring and always a great help.
