Consists of five 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 150 rooms.
Total area: 7000 m2.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 400 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, but there was a pungent smell of old furniture and mold in the bathroom.
The bed was comfortable, the AC works well, the personnel friendly.
The average age of the visitors was over 50, so the place is very senior-friendly.
The breakfast food was bellow expectations. And the expectations were nothing grand, honestly.
Overall it’s a good stay if you’re looking for a cheap place with a comfortable bed.

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good. There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing. But I think this hotel is just a place to stay and the main attraction is what's around the hotel outside like botanical garden and nice shops and beach around.

Front desk does not speak English. The location is miserable, the "bar" is house for the two dogs and is no longer a bar, wasp infested, dirty pool and far away from the beach. I argued for my refund (because they tried to refund me only 40%) and I left. I do not recommend, awful experience. Run away from here as fast as possible

Well the staff was neither polite nor hateful…somewhere in the middle. Facilities were somewhat supported - not abandoned but not properly taken care of either… wardrobe in the room smelled terrible, pillows were like ran over by a tank and pool could’ve been cleaned more often

I would recommend to stay away from this place. For the same price or even less you can easily find something better at the area. That’s for sure. They’re completely don’t care about their customers and they even don’t try to hide it.

Not among the best ones. Probably in top 3 I would never go to again. We have stayed there for 2 nights( 2 separate checking in). After the first check out the rooms remaind the same. Nobody cleaned it. They even left us with old used towels. Room it self was very uncleaned when we checked in in the first place.
Reception has few young people that are nice but after their shifts there is nobody there besides an older gentleman that cannot help( as he kept saying). There is a swimming pool but the level of its state is not admirable and seems quite dirty.
The second time around the room was a bit better but the state of the hotel is the same.

1 star for sure! The hotel was not taking care of for the las 2-3 years, the game room with ping-pong, darts and billiard was abandoned, the pool was not clean the rooms is looking like 20 years ago, there was the worst WI-FI I have ever seen to a hotel

All listed facilities were missing (2 pools: one was disgusting and one had no water in it; fitness, spa, massage - all unavailable, billiards and table tennis - no balls for either game).
The bathroom was a HEALTH HAZARD with mold everywhere, fixtures were broken and dirty, cold water was on the hot water button and the other way around, the shower curtain was barely hanging by some improvised system.
The restaurant area had a cheap coffee machine, and an unusable, MOLDY WATER DISPENSER.
Fridge in the room was broken, they changed it al least. Terrible hotel with dismissive staff. When I asked them for compensation for all unavailable features and dirty bathroom, they offered me a piece of candy as compensation.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balchik. I would definitely send a friend there. If the system allowed me here I would give 10 stars than 5. :)

Just awful! We stayed for 2 nights and got bitten by bed bugs. On top of that we got bed bugs with us and I had to call a service to spray!!! Just glad I didn't go in the pool which was green...
