Very clean and tidy place. I had room 8, which had an amazing view of the peaks. Location is perfect, a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. Extremely reasonably priced. Staff is lovely and kind.

Special place in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walking distance enough to old town and modern streets. They can organize a shutteyto the ski tracks. They would recommend you to a ski rental that would give you a discount. They can prepare a meal for your group of friends if you request during the booking. They would also give you good dinner and party recommendations. The place is managed by a family and they make you feel like one of them.

Hotel Bizev is a family business, and that's exactly the feeling that you get and stick with the whole trip there. It's a very cosy place and has everything you need. Space for the ski/snowboard equipment, massage, ping pong and pool tables, board games, delicious breakfast and even more delicious dinners. The family putted together 2 meals for us and the presentation plus the history behind the food was more than satisfying. And the fact that everything was homemade by either the grandma or the mom, that's just impressive! After a week at hotel Bizev, we'd definitely recommend this place!

All expectations exceeded. I was staying there for two nights and I wish I was there much longer. The hosts were very kind and friendly, the hotel is in the heart of Bansko, very clean, warm, It has everything that you need. Also there is small bus that will bring you up to the ski terrain. I totally recommend it.

Best place to stay in Bansko! We had the best hosts ever, they made us feel at home! That family hotel has everything to make your stay excellent. Great rooms, good location, we had some home made breakfast and coffee, for those that are home office, we had comfortable space near reception with good wifi so we could work from there. Highly recommended!!!

Very affordable and decent hotel in the heart of Bansko, far away from all the foreign buzz. You can feel like a local here and experience the authenticity of a small Bulgarian town.

Clean and spacious rooms, some of them with an excellent view to the mountain. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the restaurant is only open in winter. Walls are not sound-proof, so you might hear your neighbors if they are too noisy.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Kitchen is fantastic with traditional meals . Very well made family business.

Lovely family hotel with excellent service and cozy apartments. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming people! Highly recommend this place, especially if you prefer making a long lasting relationships and a place you can call home!
