The hotel is exactly as advertised. The rooms as spacious and the location is great, only 5 minutes from the gondola. The only drawback for us was the breakfast. The dishes are fixed and you can't eat all you want as it happens in other hotels. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant.

Clean, warm and cosy rooms.
Hotel is located approx 5 minutes from Gondola.
I understand that there are better hotels in Bansko, but this one is the best for price/quality.

Pool can be larger, other from that, everything was great, stuff was really nice, and the apartment very cosy and clean

3 out of 5, it is neat and tidy place, very well organized, food was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. Swiming pool was closed, but they helped us with finding another one. In general I consider this a fair score.

Very satisfied from our stay at Evergreen Aparthotel. Very nice atmosphere, large rooms, hot pool spa and steam room, great kitchen, great staff! Best part right next to the ski lift only 2 minutes walk. I would recommend and visit again, thank you!

The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Free access to the SPA makes your day after you've been out, in the cold with warm water pool, 2 saunas and a jacuzzi area. The staff is extremely nice and very polite and the management is fit for customer care of a 5 stars hotel. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the hotel manager, Mr. Ilia Iliev. Definetly the place to book. Also, the price is incredible considering the proximity to the slopes and city centre. 5 ☆☆☆☆ from me for this hotel.

The most dirty room I have ever stayed. The personnel was unfriendly, the room did not clear in 4 nights I had stayed. The breakfast was awful, even the coffee was awful. We did not eat anything.
