It's a great hotel that I recommend for a stay in Bansko. Great hosts are ready to help with any questions. There is also a snowboard and equipment storage room with a shoe-drying rack, which is great for anyone who comes here in winter for skiing. The main gondola is about a 5-minute walk away only. They also have great breakfasts, and we had daily room cleanup, which is a plus.

A very nice, warm and cosy family business🥰The hotel is in the middle of town, very close to every spot👌Car parking area is behind the hotel. The breakfast is great, the rooms are warm and spotless, the restaurant for dinner is one of the most popular in the region🍀🧿A wonderful, reliable place to stay in Bansko without hesitation. Thanks for your interest&hospitality🙏🏻They deserve more than booking app’s score(9.4)😉🤭

At 18.01.2023 i have a great dinner for me and my family. The food was excellent, the steak was brilliant,desserts was very good and the kid’s had few of them. My wife enjoys the fireplace and the wine. From the wine i can recommend Katarzyna Contemplations(Merlo,Malbec). Definitely i will visit the place again.

What you pay what you get. Don't forget that I've given 5 star to a 3* hotel. I was happy with my experience.

The hotel was very clean ,cozy , with a good interior design and a tasty breakfast every morning.The staff (family members) are very polite, helpful and nice. They gave us directions to everything that we were looking for and even exchanged euro to lev when we need it desperately. They make us feel very welcome and were there to help us every time. 10/10 recommended
Also the cleaning lady tied up the whole room,the bed was very comfortable and the whole room was awesome ! THANKS TO THEM❤️they were there all the time….

Lovely restaurant, best meal we had in Bansko.
Friendly waiter, helpful and polite.
Chicken soup has to be the best I've ever tasted and the steaks were perfect.
Well done , would highly recommend.

Rally nice place,very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are big and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast in the restaurant was nice and fresh. Fantastic location,just five minutes from the lift and ten minutes from the town centre . Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Mexican food, also a steak house which looked really nice too. Friendly staff, huge selection on the menu. Well recommended.
