Stayed there for a couple of days during the summer (off) season.
== Room == 3/5
We stayed in a standard studio. The room isn't really fancy but it is clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is nice and the bathtub itself was roomy enough for two people. Plenty of hot water as well which I personally love.
The bathroom trashcan hadn't be emptied when we arrived. Not that big of a deal.
There was a stove, sink and (empty) mini fridge. Good enough for me but nothing to write home about.
== Food == 5/5
The breakfast was amazing. Quite possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. There was a lot of variety and to my surprise, everything was fresh. Simply simply lovely.
Dinner was okay. We stumbled upon a "Greek night" apparently and ate greek food. It was just fine.
== Staff == 4/5
The staff were cool. They were helpful and polite enough to make our interactions with them pleasant. Language barrier was definitely there but it is what it is I guess.
At least they weren't rude as was the case with other venues, restaurants and e.t.c. in the city.
== Location == 4/5
The hotel is pretty far away from the center which makes walking to and from locations pretty hard. Other than that, the views were cool and it was silent. Very much enjoyable.
== Experiences and amenities == 4/5.
The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and spa. We only used the pool and jacuzzi. They're both fine. They could certainly be larger and include more deck chairs as they could all be taken by just 15-20 people.
== Price == 2/5
My biggest issue was how pricey it was. The entire stay costed over 200 euros for two days including breakfast (which is an additional charge) and dinner for a single night. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for fairer prices which is my biggest gripe.
While the stay itself was pleasant and I have no complaints, I feel like the price was quite stiff for what it offered. Since this review is mostly focused on the hotel itself and not the price as much, I'll leave it at 4/5.

I recently had my wedding at Saint George Palace Aparthotel Bansko, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly kind and always had a smile on their faces, making our special day even more memorable. A special shout-out to Silvia, the event manager, who was exceptionally responsive and helpful with every detail. The entire team, from the waiters to the reception staff and even the technical guy, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and catered to all our needs.
The venue is stunning, with a beautiful garden that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. The cuisine was fantastic, delighting all our guests, and the location offered a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility.
I highly recommend Saint George Palace Aparthotel Bansko for anyone looking to host a special event or simply enjoy a luxurious stay. It truly exceeded all our expectations!

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. Sufficient choices for food at breakfast and dinner. Pool and sauna are a good option for spending time after the ski sessions.

We spent 5 nights there. Gentleman with beard on the reception was very kind and he explained everything about the hotel. Rooms are warm, and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We didn't use spa because of kids, we used just pool which is clean and warm. Kids playground is clean and well equipped. There are two bars in hotel, we spent our time in Alexandra bar. You can order pizza or burgers with delicious cocktails. Big regards to waitress Kristina from us! We ordered lunch by room service 4 days, and we have just small suggestion, don't put other dishes on the top of pizza box, because lot of cheese stay on it. Housekeeping was visiting us every day. Towels were changed every day, and bed sheets every 2 days. Location is 1km from center, on the beginning of forest in silence. In total we spent great time in this hotel, we already recommended it to all our friends and family, and for sure we will come again.

Unfortunately I cannot give it more than 3 stars. Could be really a very good one, if it would have been better maintained. I hope it is only me, but both bathrooms were not operating properly. They were partially fixed, after we reported it at the reception, but how hard could it be to check the rooms before those are given to guests, instead of waiting for the guests to complain.
Additionally there was the smell. Not sure how to describe it, but it smelled like it had never been ventilated. The corridors around the restaurant would heavily smell after food and this all the time. The towels in the pool smelled like when you would put wet clothes in the wardrobe and bring these out after a few days.
There were multiple other things that would disturb one, like smudges on the bed linen, hair from possibly previous guests, etc.
Otherwise, the food was not excessive, but enough and tasty. The service was good, when you asked for it. The people were friendly.
I think the above can be fixed - it is not about luxury, but there should be a certain level of comfort for a 4* hotel, which my family and I missed.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant offers excellent food and the bar has a good selection of drinks. The pool is of good size with warm water and there is a sauna as well.

We sleep in apartment with 2 bad rooms and one living room, it was very good apartment for a family with 3 children, a lot of spaces a kitchen with everything that we need and washing machine ??, the breakfast is good and also the restaurant.

Cheap (went during off season), nice location, pool was good, otherwise fairly average. Our room had white "curtains" and it was very bright outside at night. The place was obviously built in a rush. Wifi pretty bad as well.
