The hotel is average, it does not deserve 4*, maybe 2* or 3*, the advantage is the location, and the provided transfer from the hotel to the gondola for skiers.
Breakfast is the same every morning, not bad, sometimes warm, sometimes cold.
The staff is extremely rude, especially the receptionist. You can almost never feel kindness, you will never see a smile on their faces.
Never leave your equipment in the ski room, no one will be responsible if someone steals something from you, even though they make you leave your equipment in the ski room.
In a hotel, guests can steal anything from that room since they don't have cameras.
Unpleasant smells can often be felt in the elevator and on the pool.
Also, the underground garage is not covered by camera, which can endanger your car and you will never compensate for the damage.
The staff didn't even bother to compensate for the damage.
It is unfortunate that this kind of hotel is managed by this management.
Very bad experience, we will definitely never come back here again.

The room was very cold , I think there's no heating at all night time l, small pool good dept 1,80 to above 2m , the water is cold AF, the jacuzzi has big chunks of broken plastic. The location is kind of ok. Overall I don't recommend it ! This 2 or 3 star best case

The filter of the pool was black.no water at night in the rooms.the hit in the room after 03.00 in the morning was of with minus 20 outside

This place is a mess. Rooms seem to be in half renovated state. Cables hanging from the wall in the bathroom instead of power socket. Holes in the walls everywhere. Shower has no curtain and essentially is a sink hole under the toilet - which means bathroom floor is wet all over the place after showering and a big puddle of water in the corner never drains (it was wet when we arrived).
