Reviews
Don't look to the haters. They paid a certain price, they expeted more than the price they paid.
- The reception staff know almost nothing, especially about the facilities, don't know details or information about the aqua park or even where the night bar is located 5 meters away from them, in the basement.
- The sun loungers on the beach don't have enough mattresses and the staff gets irritated when you ask questions and requests one.
- Don't bother making a reservation at the fancy/ alacart restaurants because they are always fully booked onlyne, but in the evenings if you look at the restaurants they are always empty. Theater!
- The indoor dining room at the main restaurant constantly smells like vomit in the back of the room.
I don't recommend it!
