Hotels with heated pool in Golden Sands

Pools are quite clean but the are too little sunbeds vs number of guests so at 9 am all sunbeds are reserved by “towels” (hotel should equipped pool area with more sunbeds)

A sunbed or an umbrella costs 6 lv/day. To summarise: the hotel is not perfect but quality vs price is acceptable in my case

A nice option for your vacation. I've stayed in a deluxe room, which was great because there's plenty of space and has a view to the sea, even though not the greatest, since the hotel is about 450m from the shore

The room was clean with a comfortable double bed and a sofa. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The balcony had chairs and table to serve some drinks and a drying rack for cloths

It was quiet, away from the vibrating night life of the Golden Sands

If I arrive to Bulgaria next time I will choose a 4* hotel in Sunny Beach region (more free zones on beach, shorter distance hotel-beach, more shallow coast (100m off the coast water depth is about 2m), shorter distance airport-hotel

In the beginning I did not pat much attention if Room was cleaned or not, as beds were done and towels were changed

At the Bulgarian restaurant I liked the eggplant caviar and stuffed peppers, as well as the moussaka. Two swimming pools with sun loungers and umbrellas, but we always preferred the sea

However after 3 or 4 days there was significant amount of sand across the floor from beach and I noticed that while towels were changed and beds done, floors were not hoovered of mopped

There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, that might be not very child friendly due to them being quite deep. We did not try the indoor pool nor gym nor spa's

All-inclusive includes unlimited food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as at any time in the lobby bar. A shuttle runs to the beach every half hour. There were almost always seats

All inclusive, very well located and luxurious hotel. Very clean pools, good service and right next to the beach and beach promenade. Nice facilities and activities for young children

We did not try a la carte restaurants yet - there are 2: Italian and Asian. Price very reasonable for what is offered

The pool also and the rooms were average. The biggest problem is the parking. Only privates that rip you off in understanding with hotel employees (most likely they get a percent of the very expensive parking fee)

One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the animation team. They were absolutely fantastic! Full of energy, creativity, and genuine kindness, they made every day exciting

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golden Line I in Golden Sands! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The animation team was amazing – so friendly and full of energy, making every day fun with great activities

There is pool and spa, everything well maintained and clean. And the price was also very good and breakfast included. Definitely we will visit the place again

An excellent hotel for families with children and families!

There is also a lot of nature in addition to the sport camps. The lady at the Palace Front desk, Irena was amazing. She knew everything and did her best to make your stay wonderful! My wife and I loved our stay

There are two hotels at this place to stay at. Therma Palace and Therma Village. If you want to be with the kids stay at the Village. If you want quiet parents time, stay at Therma Palace

The Palace has an old time Hollywood boutique feel, like it’s trapped in time. The Village is much bigger and has a more modern feel. Both have wonderful mineral pools

My daughter came to a skating camp here. My wife and I tagged along to this hotel. Don’t expect American standards. It’s hard to compare because things are so different in Bulgaria

The beaches are clear and calm, the staff is wonderfully accommodating. They try their best to give you the best experience. The food was good and there was a lot of variety

People are also very direct, very different culture here. It is a very nice hotel and everyone is friendly and tries their best. This is mainly a sports training camp/hotel

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

Towels, shampoo, soap were changed and put every day. Bed linen after the third day. Coffee in machines in the restaurant, bars is quite tasty, ice cream of different types too

All the sun loungers are occupied with towels, but no one is on them until 11 AM. My only comforts were the garden at the Level (unfortunately, they have a small pool there) and the bar on the 8th floor

The buffet is well-organized and offers a wide variety of dishes — from fresh salads, grilled meats, and fish to plenty of vegetarian options, soups, and a dedicated section for kids

In the centre of Golden Sands. Cons: the elevators always need to wait long, the bathroom is clearly 5 stars falls short

5 stars hotel located in gilder sands outdid Varna. Good if you have a car or take taxi. Main attractions are the ****** if you like it and good breakfast and dinner

The beach in this season is deserted and everything is closed. They have nice indoor swimming pool and a gym. Air on go only as low as 24 degrees. I was upgraded to vip floor with a nice room

I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor

Overall, everything is fine, it's just the age of the hotel and it's time to do some renovations.

Every day the fridge in the room was replenished with mineral water. Cleaned well, towels changed every day. The food is good, have put on a few extra lbs. To the beach by walking about 7-10 minutes

The towels were changed every day. Cleaning was carried out,but even we refused it. If you need additional shampunki , shower gels ,soap,the maid with no problems gave. The only negative in the room - no bed and safe

Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. The food is good, but I would like more fruit and fish dishes. There were no mussels or shrimp for 10 days. Fruits only apples, oranges, grapefruits

But a wish for the hotel administration: open a snack bar and a second lobby bar; add fish delicacies and other fruits to the menu and give out towels. If it is: 5+ hotel can be given one hundred percent

Another downside is that they don't provide beach towels. Carrying this extra luggage with you, and for such a hotel they could give out towels. In general, the hotel is good, more pluses

Near the pool there is a tent with ice cream. The hotel is large, consists of four buildings and, accordingly, a lot of people. The most comfortable buildings with sea views are B and C

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it

30 for breakfast, then there’s nowhere and nothing to eat later. The lobby bar in our building worked only from 10. 30 and in the evening we had to go to building A and stand in huge queues to get something to drink

The room needed vacuuming because there was sand everywhere. Another aspect was the hot water which was cold, although we were accommodated on the second floor. And another aspect-the breakfast was rich but cheap

There very very few options for vegetarian. And the parking was another aspect-few places for too many cars

The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy. ” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. Owners don’t respond to inquiries

Also, as expected, not enough sunbeds, not enough towels for beach

The hotel can acomodate a huge number of people, but there are not enough sunbeds, so you have to chase a place with a big chance to not finding one at 8 am in the morning

We stayed for 4 nights and at the dinner the food changed a bit every day: pasta, shrimps, fish, which was good. Now the bad things: Not enough sunbeds

We tried to go to eat at the beginning of the program, but I am sure that if you come in the last 30 minutes, you will find just some pieces of food. I don’t want pick a side, I am just honest

People come there to enjoy the sea and the beach, but they are not provided a place to do that!! We supposed that an ultra all inclusive package will include all services with no extra cost

We were disappointed to find out that the spa must be paid, or the coffee/tea in the room

Food is good, on all the tastes. yhe the drinks were quality, not some low quality. Now let's talk about some aspects, the refill of the minibar was done only ones after I've complained several times

The rooms are really spacious and have everything you need. The hotel it is right on the beach, inside a pine forrest, part of a group of HVD hotels. So, it is safe to walk around into the park

The second year is the stay in this hotel, everything is super, quiet and calm, for young people not suitable, for family and people aged!!!!!

I've reserved directly on the HVD website, I recommend you to do the same at better rates compared to Booking. For our pleasant surprise we've been upgraded from family room to maisonette

Don't complain that the towels are not changed, they have to be placed on the floor to be changed, read the instructions in the bathroom

I appreciate that they are not wasting food only for opulence like they do in Turkey. Food is various, there are several options even for vegetarians or for those who prefer healthy food, but not exagerated

The jacuzzi was nice too with the soothing therapy of changing colors. I do recommend the hotel for couples as they can enjoy seclusion and comfort in the spa zone

she called a cleaning man to clean the water and then came a tehnician to "fix" the problem, that said to put towels on the floor and call everytime a cleaning men ( wich buy the way yo have a policy to not do that writen on the bathroom wall) it was very rude

The big diversity of cocktails and virgin cocktails were nice. If I could add some small improvements: - Sauna area could use some hooks for people to hang robes and towels

While some dishes stand out more than others, there’s always something suitable for everyone. It reminded me a bit of our stay at the Barut Acanthus Hotel in Side, though on a slightly simpler scale

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

-10 sunbeds on the beach - huge con if you come for the sand and the sea - gym - very old , not sure anyone worked out there during my stay - for those minding exercising or climbing stairs: around 50 stair climb from the beach to the hotel All in all pleasant experience with good food, had a good time with my friends

Also the comments with "reusing food from the breakfast in the lunch meals" - what do you guys expect them to do , throw it away? that's what every restaurant ever does

We are coming here every year and this is our third year at this hotel and we absolutely love it! Our room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team — they are coming absolutely every day to clean the room and changing towels not only when you throw them on the floor

Morning games by the pool, fun activities for the kids, and amazing evening shows — they managed to keep everyone, young and old, entertained

They had this great balance of being fun and engaging, without ever being pushy. My child especially adored the mini-disco, and we found ourselves looking forward to the shows every night

The rooms are a bit small, there's not a lot of space for your belongings, but if you plan on spending most of your time on the seaside or touring the city, then it won't bother you, like it didn't bother us

I will be honest from the get go - the hotel claims to be a 4 Star place, but it's really just a high grade 3 star establishment, and I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it is a bit misleading

The outside and indoors pools were really nice and clean as well, although the water was a bit cold at first, but still enjoyable

The all-inclusive food options were a bit limited, there were about 12 types each time they served food, including salads, meats, pasta, vegan food, french fries, soups, sometimes they would serve special dishes as well
