Hotels on first line in Golden Sands

They have artistic programs every day, clean pools, quality sunbeds and in 2 minutes you reach the beach. We felt wonderful, we will definitely come back

The room was clean enough but nothing special. We chose ‘the level’ and were glad that we did. It gave us access to a separate pool (the main pool was overcrowded and there were not enough sunbeds

Unfortunately, the lifeguards are somewhat incompetent and don't know how to provide proper service. The hotel's sandy beach is a bit far and mostly crowded. In the water, you need to watch out for large rocks

2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists

Fortunately, there is also a large indoor pool available. There are two outdoor water slides that are okay and one U-shaped slide, which is an interesting attraction

Therefore, I can't give more than 3 stars. : Good thing at the end: there is "no reservation service" for pool sunbads, so no morning sprints necessary

For the breakfast they put just one bottle of sparkling wine for hundreds of guests 😂😂😂 Apart that it’s nice hotel very close to the beach “, nice sea view as well

The hotel is great, deserves 5 stars, decent food, helpful staff, good spa and pool services

Third, we were not able to access the external pool because we had the info that the pool was closed, and we cannot go. Forth, the food at the restaurant was tasting funny

The only issue we had was the fact it was way too noisy! There is a club right in front of the hotel which closes at 2 AM every night, with very loud music so we really could not sleep earlier than that

To be somehow fixed we needed to call like 6 times for a person from maintenance to come and check it, not fix it, but check it. At the end, two employees came and looked at the ac. , still 26 degrees in the room

The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

We had problems with parking because of bad attitude from the guys at the barrier. Same problems with staff at the beach, who use to keep front line places for people who used to come late in the day

To eat outside "normal" time in any way, and after the sea / pool you want something to "throw" myself, especially to children. Last year was in a different hotel, it was possible to eat almost always from 07:00 to 23:00

Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it

The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies

Great beach, the beach has a bar and a snack bar, one minus because the beach for two hotels it is not always empty seats under an umbrella and not always available sunbeds

Don't know, those who all-inclusive, the food was too much. Beach bar with pizza, baked potatoes, rolls. At the entrance to the hotel pastries. Bar worked 24 hours,always had access to coffee

Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly

The place is georgious , the hotel is almoust on the beach , it can be hear how the waves hit the sand. The stuff is kind , if wee ask something they help without any problem

We got the all inclusive package and were surprised with the taste ,quality and variety of the food. All the stuff were very friendly and polite. Also need to mansion the great location of the hotel

The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay

We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time

The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY not a 4 star hotel

Nice hotel, very tasty food, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, breakfasts, Lunches and dinners last for 3-3. 5 hours, no need to rush, everything at the hotel is well organized and thought out

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc

Weak points: elevators and hallways are old, not taken care of, food menu (all inclusive) is pretty weak and not diversified, far from the beach (you have to take about 100 stairs to sea level down and then up), overall the hotel has an old look and could use some restoration

The drinks are locate so you can not expect at high quality (for all inclusive). To arrive at the beach you have to down a lot of stairs. We had a bar on the beach where you can take drinks and snack’s

Some part of the staff from the restaurant aren't so polite, food is almost everyday the same and from the hotel to the beach you have around 120 steps

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy

Firat time in Bulgariafor me, hotel Park offered a very nice experience, services are quite nice and the employess are young and smile all the time. Thank you for the warm welcome !

The animation staff also organized volleyball matches between tourist and that was perfect

Has a diversity of desserts thru the week. The best thing its that it varies from day to day. The pool is also a great service to use. It's so clean and it has a thermal control

He may be a bit old, but he is fast and gently with the drinks! The lobby bar was very good, 2 people working at the same time, that's some efficiency. The meals are served like the Swedish Buffet

As the hotel is not directly on the sea, the view was a little disappointing. The food could be a bit warmer

The hotel is the best option ever! It has it's own parking space for cheap per day, (15BGN). The receptionist is super friendly

As for the barman's the pool one is the greatest one to exist! Extremely friendly and catches on super fast about your liking

Bellow average hotel at Golden Sands. This resort use to be beautiful sea side place in a forest next to the beaches now just hotels next to other hotel extremely noisy and full with drunks

very nice place, very close to the beach and lots of shops. Everyone will find something interesting to eat. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place

On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups

Another thing is that they allowed a group of tourists to play loud manele on their wifi speaker. That was awfully! We stayed at the pool only one day because of this problems

There are 70-100 meters to the sea, you need to cross the road. The beach has paid sunbeds and umbrellas, but there is plenty of free space. You can calmly lie down on your mat right next to the sea

The housekeeper was really nice and they made everyday something from the towels that surprised us. The food was good and variated. The big inconvenience is that the hotel has no private beach

There are changing cabins!! For shopping lovers there is a promenade with stalls. To Varna bus number 9 every hour. The shore is flat, the sand is good, the seagulls are impudent

The first one is that the personal at the pool allowed tourists with drinks in the pool, and they allowed the tourists to make fun of the animation team

The first time was just great. The second time We have some differences from whatever was in the initial offer as sea view room. It was replaced with bigger apartment , half sea view and 2 floors in foot

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot

Everything was pretty much okay. Food is alright, it could vary a bit, but in overall kitchen staff does excellent work. Rooms are clean, we also had amazing sea view

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Drinks from 10-23 PM, as it is almost every day great Events with the animation team, to 23 hours at the Pool

The hotel was ok for the money. It wasn't that far from the beach. I didn't like the parking situation

They charge you 20 leva/day for what? Parking in the street? Also they tried to charge me for 6 days when I only had 5 full days. It didn't work (for them), but I had to argument a lot about it

and don't expect parking "as-is" but more next to the sidewalk or behind the hotel which again is not a proper parking lot. Cost wise efficiency is good if you book it in advance. Will we return there? Umm not really

And for hotel's management, if you're reading this. I don't know why you're not encouraging poeple to book directly to your website, instead of paying fees to Booking and others

I booked trough the hotel's website, but it was a pain. No email confirmation, no nothing. And I also had problems about it at the reception, with the payments

+ Clean hotel + Good service from their staff + Location + Free gym, big pool outside - Wi-fi is paid (no matter where in the hotel), which is one of the big drawbacks of this place - Food is nice (though not much to choose from), but drinks and cocktails are among the cheapest in Bulgaria

Decent,clean and friendly personnel. needs some replacement of the pool equipment (umbrellas/ deck chairs), better wifi (not paid anymore)

Food was Good (didn’t try much of the offered diversity) would suggest to add “transport to/from airport” and room service. DO NOT ASK RECEPTION FOR A CAB!! the fare is around twice as high

Arena Mar is a 2 years old hotel, they build it very fast. Service is smiled and kind even some times too much. Food is all inclusive no much choice of food. Overall this is a family hotel

This is a new hotel built in 2015. Rooms are well arranged, bathrooms are modern, staff is very friendly.

The hotel has a good position on the beach it is situated in the woods close to the sea which provides fresh air for enjoying a hot day. The hotel is very clean, the stuff is nice and always smiling

Also, the lack of a beach bar nearby meant additional costs for consumption and sunbed hire. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and welcoming

The location of the hotel is really quiet and relaxing, but the distance to the beach and the absence of a private beach made access to the sea a bit more complicated than I expected

Plenty of options for vegetarians/vegans. Disliked · -Neighborhood was dusty and under construction -Pool table and foosball table need to be maintained or changed. -A rubber matt is needed in the bathroom

5 star to the hotel manager! He changed our room into a bigger and better one because first one had a light smell, our card broke into the pocket( our fault) and he replaced with any supplementary charges

It's a nice place, friendly staff. A lot of stairs all around the hotel, but won't be a problem for a healthy legged person. For me personally it was a problem.

The pool bar always has good food inclusing pizza, chips, waffles and more. The play room is huge at the aquapark hotel full with ps5 consoles, pool tables and ping pong tables. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel

One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa

This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. The all inclusive at deluxe is great

It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs)

The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. The rooms were a decent size but the beds were uncomfortable. Food was average but you can't complain when you're all inclusive

We had everyday animation for the children and grown ups. The location is 5 minutes away from the beach,but it was so interesting in the hotel that we went to the beach maybe twice

Good rooms,good food and very important,nice people! The 2 boys from Animation Programme,Bobi and Ilko made me and my friends feel better,with multiple activities like music,volleyball,dancing and much more

We had one of the rooms on the 6th floor which looked newly refurbished so have based our 5 stars on this. Great bathroom, nice beds and what looked like brand new air conditioning

It's an awesome place with very kind people. Food is great and always fresh. They come to clean the rooms whenever you want and overall is a great place for its price.

I had a really wonderful vacation in the Riviera Hotel. The check-in went smooth and fast. The room was clean with the beautiful seaview. There were a lot of choices for lunch and dinner

Beautiful place with a great location. The bathroom needs improvement, the shower 🚿 was leaking. The staff are pleasant and cooperative. The beach is amazing, you can lose yourself there🌊🌊🌊♥️♥️

We've been here 4 times already (as a family of four), and We aren't planning to stop coming here any soon. There is a great seasight for a greatly available beach compared to the other hotels and beaches in the area

I recently stayed and enjoyed its beautiful beach, comfortable rooms, lovely green areas, and inviting pools. However, I was disappointed by the lack of good quality coffee and the average food options
