Everything was on point. Service was good and food was tasty. We also liked bartender Sasha (Oleksandra), she was interesting to talk with. But receptionist Anton, who first met us, was VERY rude😒

This season, we spent 14 days at this hotel. Our economy room was on the other side of the pool, facing the trees, and we loved it there. It was amazing—freshly refurbished, sparkling clean, a really comfortable bed, and good wifi. It was shaded for most of the day and quiet because of this side. The housekeeping ladies on our floor (3) were just amazing. Every day they provided fresh towels, disinfected...

Good rooms and not bad food. It was funny and pleasant people in hotel. But it would be better to clean more. The pool was not bad but not clean enough. You can go to the sea beach on trane . I recommend this hotel to relax

The hotel was amazing. I liked the food and the rooms were really good. The animators made our vacation the Best. We had the most fun with Velko, Polly and Puffi. The staff was really friendly and everything was really beautiful.

The hotel it's very fine and the animation team was very nice with my children. And the barman the Kostadin is very nice with the client. The food is very good. The animatori were very sociable and nice and there qere activitatea so it was never boring.

The rooms are clean, the water in the water in the pool is the perfect temperature, the animators are extremely nice and friendly. Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available.you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome.it was clean and they daily room service.We had wonderful moments

For a budget holiday it did everything it said on the tin. FOOD: The food was ok, always plenty of food, although sometimes you did have to queue for fresh food on the grill. But freshly cooked meat, omlettes and pancakes were great. The quality of food did vary throughout our stay, but as a young non-fussy couple we always found plenty to eat. When I saw the room,the upset of 5 stars does not pull,as if caught in 80 -e years,on the walls, the Wallpaper,the carpet,the interior doors are old with peeling paint,balcony in the lining with the web,was the 5th floor. Bathroom: everything seems nothing,but the tub itself is raised so that the person is taller than 180 cm will hit the ceiling, the shower is old. Few outlets,and those that are not...

The only negative not enough choice of food for kids, have to pay extra and order from the restaurant

The garden is just exquisite! The restaurant outside is really pleasant and even though the base is old it is quite clean and pleasant.

Pleasant place with very good service. There is a nice garden here with a lot of trees. The private beach is a small one, but it is good for the mornings. In the afternoon it is shaded.

The hotel is a little up the hill, but the view is worth the trouble. We had a large, lovely, clean room with a big balcony with amazing view to the sea. The personal was very helpful and kind. The beach is ten minutes away, but if you're too lazy to walk, the pool is also clean and nice. The center of the city is twenty minutes away by bus.
