Hotels with beach in Golden Sands

2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists

They have artistic programs every day, clean pools, quality sunbeds and in 2 minutes you reach the beach. We felt wonderful, we will definitely come back

It is a beautiful hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and very clean, every day they come to clean and change the towels

Unfortunately, the lifeguards are somewhat incompetent and don't know how to provide proper service. The hotel's sandy beach is a bit far and mostly crowded. In the water, you need to watch out for large rocks

The room was clean enough but nothing special. We chose ‘the level’ and were glad that we did. It gave us access to a separate pool (the main pool was overcrowded and there were not enough sunbeds

The cocktails have a weird taste in a paper cup. Maybe you should consider serving them in glasses

The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

Great location and free parking and umbrellas on the beach for guests and private pool

Looks amazing and it's very close to the beach, which makes it very attractive.

We had problems with parking because of bad attitude from the guys at the barrier. Same problems with staff at the beach, who use to keep front line places for people who used to come late in the day

Lobby bar was not well stocked. Staff at the reception were friendly and supportive. Cleaning staff was not okay, because we need to ask them for towel change most of the time

We really enjoyed our stay at Admiral Hotel and we will definitely come back

Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly

The place is georgious , the hotel is almoust on the beach , it can be hear how the waves hit the sand. The stuff is kind , if wee ask something they help without any problem

We got the all inclusive package and were surprised with the taste ,quality and variety of the food. All the stuff were very friendly and polite. Also need to mansion the great location of the hotel

The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy

Great facilities, spacious rooms, friendly service! Yes, I had to walk down to the beach, bit I was able to enjoy the great sunrises on my balcony! Very happy, can only recommend!

The drinks are locate so you can not expect at high quality (for all inclusive). To arrive at the beach you have to down a lot of stairs. We had a bar on the beach where you can take drinks and snack’s

Some part of the staff from the restaurant aren't so polite, food is almost everyday the same and from the hotel to the beach you have around 120 steps

The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. I'll let the photos speak for themselves

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot

The towels were changed every day. Cleaning was carried out,but even we refused it. If you need additional shampunki , shower gels ,soap,the maid with no problems gave. The only negative in the room - no bed and safe

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food with a lot of variety, nice pools, cozy room with comfortable bed mattress. Nice view too! One recommendation: all rooms should have shower and not bath

Lived on the 6th floor,room 629. Beautiful view from the balcony. The air conditioner is running. On TV, there are Russian channels. The room after repair,modern furniture,comfortable design

Good food, comfortable rooms. The beach is pretty far from the hotel, a 20 min walk or 10 min trip with the shuttle bus. I recommend it for families or couples.

We had a very nice holiday at this hotel, we are a family with two boys of one year and six year old, we spent 8 days in august, just the best holiday ever! Great value for money, lovely entertainment team, quiet place , very pleased with food and service, nice polite staff, they all speak english, secured parking as we went by car

Great hotel, very clean and renovated. Nice pool, polite staff. Good, fresh food suitable for all diets and tastes.

Every car is parked very tight to one another even on invented parking spots and you have to pay daily 16 BGN -the rooms could use fresh painting - at the beach you have drinks included in the all inclusive menu, but you have to take them to the sunbeds

Pros: -close to the beach -all inclusive means you have beach sunbeds included -big rooms with very nice sea view -very nice, friendly staff -the pool is big and very clean -they organized nice games at the pool for everyone and in the evening disco for the kids Cons: -no air conditioning

Very nice, not really 4 stars, but 3+. The pool is nice, execpting the music in the afternoons - manele and very cheap traditional romanian music, very loud, unpleasent for us

The Sofia Hotel beach was also nice, the food ok, pizza was only with meat, but they have good vegetarian options

The hotel is on the first line. The beach is not very clean! Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. There are several pools and a gym. We arrived by car, so there was a long registration and payment at reception for parking

We've been here 4 times already (as a family of four), and We aren't planning to stop coming here any soon. There is a great seasight for a greatly available beach compared to the other hotels and beaches in the area

Every room is well-equipped, as a hotel built previously for the communist party back in the 70's or 80's. There has been a slight renovation from what I've seen. They modified the AC and changed ceilings

The only downside was coffee at the restaurant. There should be a decent quality of coffee at the 5 * hotel. Also, it would be nice to have at least one vegan option for breakfast

There are also 3 swimming pools, from what I believe and even a spa. Food for hotel food was great, for Bulgarian food, however, it isn't so phenomenal

The food and beverages were cheap, not so great, so even if our stay was all inclusive, we had to go out for drinks. On the beach you don't get any free drinks and the hotel bar closes at 11 PM

The front desk lady said all the restaurants are fully booked, and we asked her how can that be that we got no information at check in about it… and then she said, ok, I can offer the Bulgarian restaurant, we are not big fans so we said no thanks, we want to reserve the Italian and the Asian restaurant

She said that it wasn’t possible… after telling her that they should give every guest the information and chance, she suddenly found space in both restaurants…… we don’t understand why do they do that? The restaurants were not full at all!!!!

I saw people come to their sunbeds after 4 hours. I've seen panicked people about their abandoned towel when the staff moved the sunbeds because they couldn't get the card. It enforces the same toxic behavior

Only 4 days in, the room service told me i can take the stairs to the restaurant instead of taking the elevator twice. But the bigger problem is with the pool/beach sunbed "reservations"

At 8 AM the beach is 40% "occupied" by people who leave the towels on the sunbeds. At 9 AM its impossible to find a spot at the outside pool. Staff either shrug or evict a spot only if you complain

Although the hotel's policy is "no reservation for sunbeds", if you want one, you must wake up early in the morning and put your towels on. - ⁠same issue for the pool sunbeds, it is impossible to find one after 8am

The first day you can consider it lost because you cannot get towels and find sunbeds anywhere

The staff always replaces the towels im the room even if you don't want it replaced. I would like more visible indicators in hallways about where what is

Another issue in the whole Golden sands complex is the garbage all around - in the streets, green areas and the beach. Overall we had a great experience in hotel Arabella. It is a great place for family vacation

Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

Many places to go, every meal time there's a lot to choose from, the staff is very kind and always try to help.

Every evening we have a show as well. A family friendly hotel and well located, not too fqr from the beach. We are also offered to go to another private beach plus waterpark as part of the group Grifid's hotels

This hotel is at the top, it we had so much fun that we are returning to it certainly may 2017 Beautiful infrastructure, diversity and quality of the menus Beautiful location 50 meters from the beach We went there in 2013, 2014, 2015 we have been to Bourgas always dn Bulgaria But we've largely preferred to Varna, most of French go there, it is more user-friendly So we go back there

We had a sea side room with great view to the beach and see. It was pleasure to drink afternoon cocktail on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpfull all the time

Verry tasty food, nice music and friendly atmosphere. Verry close to the beach. The sky bar have a wonderful view. Room was nice and clean. Proffessional and kind staff. I highly recommend.

2 pools, own beach, bit strong drinks, but just order with less alcohol and its all good :) Location is perfect and the hotell is really nice :)

Had a great stay here for a week in the end of june. Professional, friendly staff. Big, clean rooms of high quality. Clearly not too long since it has been renovated. Will come again.

The location is great! The advantages of end. Everything else on a solid C grade. But dinner is a complete disgrace. All drinks, including water, for an additional fee. The choice of dishes is boring.

You get a small private beach with umbrellas and sun-beds. Location can be difficult, as there is no parking and you need to pass a lot of stairs. It can be difficult for elderly people and if you have small kids

Like a piece of paradise, a more bohemian and nature infused break from all of the big hotels. Very nice beach (no lifeguards and a lot of beautiful fishes) and tasty cocktails

Amazing place exactly next to the beach. You can feel the nature, see dolphins, turtles and seagulls. It was so cool to wake up, go for breakfast and jump straight to the beach and drink cocktails

The rooms are very cute with awesome sea view and balconies. Charming experience 🩵 Also has a natural hot source at the beach nearby

When I was there there were a few guys shouting all night and I believe they were highly intoxicated and asked to leave by the owners to keep the peace for the rest of the visitors who were there with the families… all I can say is thanks for handling the situation

After having breakfast we took out coffee and juice out of the dining room and had it by the pool laying in the beach chairs and it was very nice to do so. Lots of green plants, fresh morning air and splashing water

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside

Friendly staff all around and very helpful. Great breakfast and lovely eldery dame that checked unintrusively that everything is re-filled ASAP and dirty dishes are gone within seconds

Staff is very friendly, pool is completely new and redone and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is great for what it offers compared to other places I have visited in the area
