I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly. The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now. Good place on a good price!

The place is georgious , the hotel is almoust on the beach , it can be hear how the waves hit the sand. The stuff is kind , if wee ask something they help without any problem. The food is ok 'a la carte ' menu as usual when you choose all inclusive . The cleaning in the restaurant can be upgraded. Like price value compare I can say it worth it. I would recomend it.

3star for location, because I do not like the Golden sands, I just had an offer for a discount. No parking places for all clients and the Golden sands have a "salty" penal parking. BUT FOR A DAY, THERE IS PAY PARKING AND GREAT KIDS ATTRACTIONS BY THE ⛵🌊! I prefer St. Konstantin and Elena.

We were guests here 3 weeks ago, I'm gonna give it a 5 star for the dilligent people who worked very hard. There are some issues that need to be adressed in the future ( wifi signal is really bad, the restaurant is crowded, and sometimes you wouldn't find a free table) but these were small obstacles. I've stayed in a deluxe room, which was great because there's plenty of space and has a view to the sea, even though not the greatest, since the hotel is about 450m from the shore. It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the animators of the hotel, the girls were so funny and bringing a good mood everywhere. So many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!

Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. Friendly staff, we got all the help needed, basket full of fruit as welcome gift and a good price for 10 days there end of May/beginning of June.

The place was amazing. The food was very good. We had everyday animation for the children and grown ups. The location is 5 minutes away from the beach,but it was so interesting in the hotel that we went to the beach maybe twice. There are 2 bars open at all times untill 11pm and another one that is opening during lunch and dinner. Everything was amazing.

We had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. The rooms were a decent size but the beds were uncomfortable. The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels.Food is delicious and variety. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy. The animation staff also organized volleyball matches between tourist and that was perfect.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! We visited end of June, the hotel was not very crowded and very relaxing. Service was on point. Reception was open 24 hours. Everyone from the staff was ver friendly. The manager was the most accommodating and helpful person I have even encountered in the hotel industry. I do not have kids, but when I do I would like to come in vacation with them here. The food is diverse the services are nice, the bevrages are medium quality but its the same in every All inclusive service. There are daily activities for childrean organized. We booked 10 days in advance because we wanted a relaxing holiday.

My holiday was perfect! I really enjoy my time in this hotel with my friends. The food was great and the animation team was really entertaining and cool! My room was clean and nice. Pro : clean room, very tasty and a variety of foods and desserts. Con : The drinks are watered down too much. Too many kids running around in the hotel, even in the dining room. Also some neighbours are very loud ( again, kids ), screaming, running along the hallway. Management should try to talk to the parents that this hotel is also for couples who only want to relax and enjoy the vacation.

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable . The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed . But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them. I highly recommend this hotel! Location is amazing, food surprisingly good but what deserve for the 5 stars is personnel. Especially animation team! Stopped in early September what we liked: near the sea the view is great, the sunbeds were free, the room is OK the staff is not bad that you did not like the food is not gourmet, I personally stood not full, the animation is only for old people and generally had the feeling that he was in the boarding house for the elderly

The attitude is super, the staff works quickly, falls asleep with the light sound of the waves, the noise of the resort starts just 100 metres from the hotel.
