The hotel is situated in the more quiet, Northern part of Golden Sands surrounded by natural Park, close to the beach. The centre of the resort just a few minutes on the promenade. It offers a modern SPA-center, several restaurants, bars and a nightclub. A great place for those who love active holidays and well-developed infrastructure.

Consists of one 7-storey building.

The hotel has 266 rooms, including 133 with a sea view.

Total area: 2300 m2.

Beach: public, sandy, 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sun loungers by the pool free of charge, mattresses at the pool – for a fee. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses on the beach – a fee, towels – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell.
I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars.
"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

Decent clean rooms, but you can here people talking in nearby rooms.
Food is the cgeapest ever, no place for vegetarians, no grilled fish, majoritatea of food had fried dishes.

If a friends gets ill, you cannot take a breakfast to the rooms because their employyes is guarding the food and are raising voices after you.

In short, I will never return to Bulgaria shores again.

Everything was pretty much okay. Food is alright, it could vary a bit, but in overall kitchen staff does excellent work. Rooms are clean, we also had amazing sea view. But after all I was disappointed by reception staff, there are not even trying to help. I was there several times, I had a couple of questions regarding our location and places to visit, also I tried to ask for additional pillow. After the talk with male receptionist (unfortunately I don't remember his name) I felt like I'm guilty for asking him anything. But in general experience was alright.

Clean and modern rooms, we had a see view and a big balcony from which you could enjoy the view. Nice hotel staff and very delicious food. Really enjoyed the stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food with a lot of variety, nice pools, cozy room with comfortable bed mattress. Nice view too!

One recommendation: all rooms should have shower and not bath. Thank you for the accomodation!

I am very disappointed from this hotel. It does not deserve its 4 stars... Food is comparatively good but the staff there is giving you very small portions of it and when you tell them to put you more food they give you bad looks. In the restaurant there is a fat darkhaired lady and a blond lady with a curly hair that are awful. The wi-fi in the rooms is very poor. There are three sockets in my room and only one works. We are two people and barely manage to charge our phones. I will definitely not get back here anymore and once again, this hotel is far away from a 4 star hotel...

Not bad, but not the best. The rooms are nice and cosy, we stayed in a deluxe room, which was promised to have sea view, but we barely could see the sea from the room, because we were a corner room. But, the terrace was large and nice, so I didn't complain about that. The parking is paid and far from the hotel. The food was... Well..not the best, but not bad at all. In general, we had a nice time, the staff was friendly. Nice place to spend time witb your kids
