Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly

The place is georgious , the hotel is almoust on the beach , it can be hear how the waves hit the sand. The stuff is kind , if wee ask something they help without any problem

Beautiful place with a great location. The bathroom needs improvement, the shower 🚿 was leaking. The staff are pleasant and cooperative. The beach is amazing, you can lose yourself there🌊🌊🌊♥️♥️

We've been here 4 times already (as a family of four), and We aren't planning to stop coming here any soon. There is a great seasight for a greatly available beach compared to the other hotels and beaches in the area

I had a really wonderful vacation in the Riviera Hotel. The check-in went smooth and fast. The room was clean with the beautiful seaview. There were a lot of choices for lunch and dinner

There are also 3 swimming pools, from what I believe and even a spa. Food for hotel food was great, for Bulgarian food, however, it isn't so phenomenal

The drinks are locate so you can not expect at high quality (for all inclusive). To arrive at the beach you have to down a lot of stairs. We had a bar on the beach where you can take drinks and snack’s

Some part of the staff from the restaurant aren't so polite, food is almost everyday the same and from the hotel to the beach you have around 120 steps

Although the hotel's policy is "no reservation for sunbeds", if you want one, you must wake up early in the morning and put your towels on. - ⁠same issue for the pool sunbeds, it is impossible to find one after 8am

- ⁠so i couldn't rest properly because each morning I had to get up early in order to "reserve" sunbeds for the entire family. I wouldn't mind staying anywhere as long as it would be enough sunbeds for everybody

- ⁠there are not enough tables and chairs to sit and have a drink after dinner. - ⁠There are lines everywhere: line at the main restaurant, line at the beach bar, line at the elevator, line at the reception

The first day you can consider it lost because you cannot get towels and find sunbeds anywhere

- ⁠as a personal matter, i would rather have the parking included in the reservation ticket cost than find out at the hotel that i must pay more than 10 euro / day - ⁠my kids considered the mini club a joke

It's a small area, nothing much to do. - ⁠towel service only 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon. Some days, in the afternoon, 30 minutes after opening you couldn't find any available towels

Incredible! The Hotel is beautiful, food is really great and the location is fantastic! The sea is right across the street, so you have to go just about you the road and the sea

Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

The hotel is big and outdated, the swimming pool is big and nice but we didn’t use it as it was still cold. The indoor pool was nice and clean

The front desk lady said all the restaurants are fully booked, and we asked her how can that be that we got no information at check in about it… and then she said, ok, I can offer the Bulgarian restaurant, we are not big fans so we said no thanks, we want to reserve the Italian and the Asian restaurant

She said that it wasn’t possible… after telling her that they should give every guest the information and chance, she suddenly found space in both restaurants…… we don’t understand why do they do that? The restaurants were not full at all!!!!

Only 4 days in, the room service told me i can take the stairs to the restaurant instead of taking the elevator twice. But the bigger problem is with the pool/beach sunbed "reservations"

We came across a very beautifully singing artist who played at the hotel, as he himself calls himself "Spotify premium" The cleaning service does their job very well, cleans thoroughly, it's nice to come back after a whole day at the beach to a clean, fragrant room

If you have kids and looking for some privacy is kind of difficult to find it. - ⁠the beach sunbeds are insufficient

I saw people come to their sunbeds after 4 hours. I've seen panicked people about their abandoned towel when the staff moved the sunbeds because they couldn't get the card. It enforces the same toxic behavior

Nice hotel for families,for people with children and teenagers. Spacious rooms. Nice and quite big swimming pool. Good food - everyday sth different.

Nice large hotel with many rooms and a huge terrace for over 350 people party, wedding and more. The pool is small, but still there.

Great hotel, very clean and renovated. Nice pool, polite staff. Good, fresh food suitable for all diets and tastes.

The staff, however, was the limited selection of wines at the end of the season by a Free bottle to compensate. Unfortunately, I do not have to be in the last days of the holiday seafood eaten were in order

It is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. It also had a children's playground surrounded by a fence, so quite safe, and a swimming pool for children :)

Good food, comfortable rooms. The beach is pretty far from the hotel, a 20 min walk or 10 min trip with the shuttle bus. I recommend it for families or couples.

We had a very nice holiday at this hotel, we are a family with two boys of one year and six year old, we spent 8 days in august, just the best holiday ever! Great value for money, lovely entertainment team, quiet place , very pleased with food and service, nice polite staff, they all speak english, secured parking as we went by car

When we realised that they had some specialty restaurants we went in to one as it was empty but the lady at the reception said thawed had to book and that the service is from 10 AM to 6:00 PM, next day we left early so the 3

The beds were very comfortable and clean, the cleaner did a good job and the view from the room was great as we were at the top floor. The minibar had 2 beers, 1 fanta, 1 pepsi and 1 bottle of water

Our room seemed to have been renovated, but our floor’s surface was bumpy and was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, there was a carpet but I suppose that with the bumps can’t be properly cleaned

The hotel is located right by the beach in a very calm area

This was one of my best experiences overall, I booked "The Level" in this hotel and that is an option that gives you access to some really nice things and in my book

I once visited the main restaurant below to check it out and the difference was night and day in stresslevel, specially as a lone traveler that is used to have to almost fight for a table at other hotels

On top of that you have the lounge on floor 8 that was also excellent to take it easy in with a perfect view of the ocean. The rooms where also big, clean and with an awesome bathroom

With both separate shower and bathtub. I also really enjoyed the cold water dispenser in the floor 8 hallway. Will come again and would love to stay longer as well

Totally worth it and just made my holiday a stress free and excellent experience. The areas that are available as "the level" was above and beyond

Another uncomfortable thing is that there is no bar/restaurant on the beach and if you want to get some drinks/snacks, you have to go back to the hotel (if you are not too lazy you can make 2 min walk to the hotel)

Another issue in the whole Golden sands complex is the garbage all around - in the streets, green areas and the beach. Overall we had a great experience in hotel Arabella. It is a great place for family vacation

Many places to go, every meal time there's a lot to choose from, the staff is very kind and always try to help.

Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food with a lot of variety, nice pools, cozy room with comfortable bed mattress. Nice view too! One recommendation: all rooms should have shower and not bath

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot

Everything was pretty much okay. Food is alright, it could vary a bit, but in overall kitchen staff does excellent work. Rooms are clean, we also had amazing sea view

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Pros: -close to the beach -all inclusive means you have beach sunbeds included -big rooms with very nice sea view -very nice, friendly staff -the pool is big and very clean -they organized nice games at the pool for everyone and in the evening disco for the kids Cons: -no air conditioning

Every car is parked very tight to one another even on invented parking spots and you have to pay daily 16 BGN -the rooms could use fresh painting - at the beach you have drinks included in the all inclusive menu, but you have to take them to the sunbeds

Very nice, not really 4 stars, but 3+. The pool is nice, execpting the music in the afternoons - manele and very cheap traditional romanian music, very loud, unpleasent for us

The Sofia Hotel beach was also nice, the food ok, pizza was only with meat, but they have good vegetarian options

Only a centralized air flow for the whole hotel, not as described on the site. We talked with staff and they said will try to fix it, but it had no power to deal with the heat outside, instead we got a fan to cool down

You cannot stay at the bar and drink them. If you want to enjoy the bar and chairs over there you have to actually buy something

Free parasols and sun chairs are available both on the beach and at the pool. Free WiFi is provided in the lobby area. The air-conditioned restaurant has a large terrace with sea views

What I appreciated the most during my stay there this early September is the young staff: they speak English, they are very nice, polite and supportive

Not good for English very hard to communicate. Location is ok. Room smells of damp aircon noisy.Bed comfortable with big room bathroom ok with good shower. Very cheep in places but vary everywhere. Nice beach and pool.

Nice. Good breakfast. Avoid the room on the pool level on the right side near the 'beach" access door. No view and no daylight. Beach is extremely small near a construction site.

Comfortably large rooms, the one we stayed in had direct access to the courtyard and the pool. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent. There is a kiddie pool but the one for adults is unguarded and quite deep

The room was spacious, sunny and perfectly clean, with beatiful seaview. Delicious breakfast, served with all the COVID-19 precautions taken. Many good restaurants are available in the area for lunch and dinner

Super friendly staff fulfilled all wishes, the apartment was large and well equipped (with kitchenette!), the food (half board) we all liked and the supermarket in the building was also very well equipped
