It's a great place to stay and enjoy the Golden Sands holiday area. The service is great and friendly with a nice environment. The prices in the Café are a bit overpriced, but considering the high season, it could be acceptable. The clean level is high as well. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. We were guests here 3 weeks ago, I'm gonna give it a 5 star for the dilligent people who worked very hard. It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. The place was amazing. The food was very good. We had everyday animation for the children and grown ups. The location is 5 minutes away from the beach,but it was so interesting in the hotel that we went to the beach maybe twice. There are 2 bars open at all times untill 11pm and another one that is opening during lunch and dinner. Everything was amazing.

We had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. The rooms were a decent size but the beds were uncomfortable. I do not have kids, but when I do I would like to come in vacation with them here. The food is diverse the services are nice, the bevrages are medium quality but its the same in every All inclusive service. There are daily activities for childrean organized. We booked 10 days in advance because we wanted a relaxing holiday.

My holiday was perfect! I really enjoy my time in this hotel with my friends. The food was great and the animation team was really entertaining and cool! My room was clean and nice. A really good thing in this hotel is that the personal is always nice, polite and funny, I had a great time with one of the bartenders (Simeon). I highly recommend this hotel!

Pro : clean room, very tasty and a variety of foods and desserts. Con : The drinks are watered down too much. Too many kids running around in the hotel, even in the dining room. Also some neighbours are very loud ( again, kids ), screaming, running along the hallway. Management should try to talk to the parents that this hotel is also for couples who only want to relax and enjoy the vacation.

I really liked our stay in Orchidea. The staff was super helpful, friendly, nice and well-mannered. The food was diverse and delicious. There was a small problem with the air-conditioning system for a couple of days, but they managed to fix it rather quickly. Also I would recommend investing in an outside children's corner. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

Overall it was good. 》Food - every day different meals - plenty of choice - desserts and fruits - tasted good 》Room - stains on sheets and towels - the table wasn't cleaned (sticky from previous guests) - bathroom was huge with shower booth and bathtub, also clean .. although we found one cockroach.. which the janitor didn't clean/take - big balcony with a nice view - big bed, spacious room 》Staff...

The interior is gorgeous. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay. So now here are some things to be aware of :) The hotel is not so close to the beach. There is a free shuttle bus every hour from 10 to 16 to the beach which is great, however I would like it to be at least till 21. Also the gym was small and with broken and old machines.

The surprise of the hotel are the amazing physiotherapists (tried 2 of 3). Rooms are clean, interior is poorly though. Restaurant offers monotonous variety of food - same breakfast possibilities 6 days in a row. I found mould on a bread, which speaks about the general quality of the food.
