I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need. The food was tasty and vary.

The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. Also, way too few elevators for how big the hotel is, you could rarely get one available.

We were guests here 3 weeks ago, I'm gonna give it a 5 star for the dilligent people who worked very hard. Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Recommend. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place. Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups.

Not a 4-star-hotel. I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package). On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the animators of the hotel, the girls were so funny and bringing a good mood everywhere. So many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!

Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. Friendly staff, we got all the help needed, basket full of fruit as welcome gift and a good price for 10 days there end of May/beginning of June.

The food is diverse the services are nice, the bevrages are medium quality but its the same in every All inclusive service. There are daily activities for childrean organized. My holiday was perfect! I really enjoy my time in this hotel with my friends. The food was great and the animation team was really entertaining and cool! My room was clean and nice. Stopped in early September what we liked: near the sea the view is great, the sunbeds were free, the room is OK the staff is not bad that you did not like the food is not gourmet, I personally stood not full, the animation is only for old people and generally had the feeling that he was in the boarding house for the elderly

Very pleasant place to stay @ Golden Sands. Buffet has a lot of different dishes to choose from. Kids are very welcome with special amusement programs by the outside pool - dancing, playing. Wellness center is also a nice option for a physiotherapy or a massage. All in all an excellent place for a holiday.

You pay 20 BGN per day for parking. Quite basic hotel but tot bad. Not far from beach. You can do several activities. Next time I will probably go for another hotel.

Nice hotel . Constantly we went to last time we made a comment that I want 3 glasses of whiskey at the same time! The hotel is not something special . Everything old - from the Communist time.The pool was not in very good condition, like a Jacuzzi-the ceiling above them, is rotten and you think that at any time will fall. Comparison of price - quality , super!

Very good location, in front of the enter of Golden Sands, private area, adorable park, absolutely green and colourful flowers, perfect beaches!

Very nice park , exotic beach, nice beach baar, a nice group of hotels and pools. Nice and calm place for a visit.

When I saw the room,the upset of 5 stars does not pull,as if caught in 80 -e years,on the walls, the Wallpaper,the carpet,the interior doors are old with peeling paint,balcony in the lining with the web,was the 5th floor. Bathroom: everything seems nothing,but the tub itself is raised so that the person is taller than 180 cm will hit the ceiling, the shower is old. Few outlets,and those that are not...

The only negative not enough choice of food for kids, have to pay extra and order from the restaurant

The hotel was really beautiful and clean and had a lot of different foods, I loved the breakfast. Very clean pool and a wide variety of drinks. The behavior of the hotel staff was somewhat kind, but in general, Bulgarian people are not friendly at all.

The overall experience was great. The hotel is located away from noise, the music played outside and at the restaurant area was great, staff is friendly, food was pretty good and there was also a vast type of different food. The pool was very clean and clear, a little small, but I was on september and there weren't a lot of people in that area.

Great hotel overall, wouldn’t recommend to people with walking disabilities. The hotel is on the hill, walking to the beach could be hard. The staff was amazing, especially barmen Stanislav, he made sure we had fun. Rooms are spacious with gigantic balcony. Overall hotel is amazing, great price and quality value.

The hotel was nice, the rooms spacious and clean, and the balcony we had with our room was pretty big, although it was not fully delimited from the neighboring balconies. The beds were comfortable and I believe that after two days the room keepers came in to change the sheets. We also had extra pillows, towels and blankets in the room, which was a bonus. The bathroom had a tub, which I wasn't a big...

Exceptional experience! I think it is the best quality price ratio I’ve met in my life. The cleanliness is speechless: the rooms, the pool area, the tables, the restaurant. Loved it! The food is amazing! It is very tasty (even the morning sausages were great - this almost never happens at an all inclusive 😁). There is a really comforting walk to the beach (10-15min), no reason to blame the distance...

Nice place, looks freshly updated. All the staff were very nice courteous, fun and smiling. Most spoke decent Russian and English. Probably other languages as well but I can’t vouch. Food was amazing for the price. Great beer and coffee machines. Stanislav is a great bartender. Kids area was also useful for 6 and 8 year olds. Close walk to the beach, probably 10 mins if you have kids that are slow...
