You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need. The food was tasty and vary.

They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. We have had an amazing holiday in grifid vistamar. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious, the fish have been a Little bit overcooked lately though, but not a big deal. My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Nice hotel . Constantly we went to last time we made a comment that I want 3 glasses of whiskey at the same time! The hotel is not something special . Everything old - from the Communist time.The pool was not in very good condition, like a Jacuzzi-the ceiling above them, is rotten and you think that at any time will fall. 1) The location is great, next to the beach. 2) The food is varied, without seafood. There was ice cream around 4 pm every day. 3) The cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired. They wanted to change the towels only at the end of the stay. In principle, for unpretentious guests everything was satisfactory.

This hotel is old and rundown . We arrived late at night and the room was very nice clean and comfortable. No tea coffee or water in the rooms. Breakfast was awful little choice and did not look good . Get a new cook and clean the outside of the hotel.

We were at this hotel for 8 days and it was perfect vacation. Food was excelent, little snacks and ice-cream during the day and drinks (alco, non-alco) were very good too. The hotel was really beautiful and clean and had a lot of different foods, I loved the breakfast. Very clean pool and a wide variety of drinks. The behavior of the hotel staff was somewhat kind, but in general, Bulgarian people are not friendly at all.

The overall experience was great. The hotel is located away from noise, the music played outside and at the restaurant area was great, staff is friendly, food was pretty good and there was also a vast type of different food. The pool was very clean and clear, a little small, but I was on september and there weren't a lot of people in that area.

Great hotel overall, wouldn’t recommend to people with walking disabilities. The hotel is on the hill, walking to the beach could be hard. The staff was amazing, especially barmen Stanislav, he made sure we had fun. Rooms are spacious with gigantic balcony. Overall hotel is amazing, great price and quality value.

The hotel was nice, the rooms spacious and clean, and the balcony we had with our room was pretty big, although it was not fully delimited from the neighboring balconies. Exceptional experience! I think it is the best quality price ratio I’ve met in my life. The cleanliness is speechless: the rooms, the pool area, the tables, the restaurant. Loved it! The food is amazing! It is very tasty (even the morning sausages were great - this almost never happens at an all inclusive 😁). There is a really comforting walk to the beach (10-15min), no reason to blame the distance...

Nice place, looks freshly updated. All the staff were very nice courteous, fun and smiling. Most spoke decent Russian and English. Probably other languages as well but I can’t vouch. Food was amazing for the price. Great beer and coffee machines. Stanislav is a great bartender. Kids area was also useful for 6 and 8 year olds. Close walk to the beach, probably 10 mins if you have kids that are slow...
