I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need. The food was tasty and vary.

The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. Also, way too few elevators for how big the hotel is, you could rarely get one available.

Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. Friendly staff, we got all the help needed, basket full of fruit as welcome gift and a good price for 10 days there end of May/beginning of June.

The place was amazing. The food was very good. We had everyday animation for the children and grown ups. The location is 5 minutes away from the beach,but it was so interesting in the hotel that we went to the beach maybe twice. The hotel was really beautiful and clean and had a lot of different foods, I loved the breakfast. Very clean pool and a wide variety of drinks. The behavior of the hotel staff was somewhat kind, but in general, Bulgarian people are not friendly at all.

The hotel is located away from noise, the music played outside and at the restaurant area was great, staff is friendly, food was pretty good and there was also a vast type of different food. I really liked our stay in Orchidea. The staff was super helpful, friendly, nice and well-mannered. The food was diverse and delicious. There was a small problem with the air-conditioning system for a couple of days, but they managed to fix it rather quickly. Also I would recommend investing in an outside children's corner. The interior is gorgeous. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay. So now here are some things to be aware of :) The hotel is not so close to the beach. There is a free shuttle bus every hour from 10 to 16 to the beach which is great, however I would like it to be at least till 21. Also the gym was small and with broken and old machines.

The surprise of the hotel are the amazing physiotherapists (tried 2 of 3). Rooms are clean, interior is poorly though. Restaurant offers monotonous variety of food - same breakfast possibilities 6 days in a row. I found mould on a bread, which speaks about the general quality of the food. It was part of an old communist resort, so there is a good planning, a lot of space between the different hotels and a great park with big trees and rare plants. PROs: I think it is the most well located beachfront hotel in the Golden Sands - from the sea-view rooms you literally hear and see the sea at a maximum of 10m from the hotel building. Nice hotel at the beach. Good value for money. Food is OK - not much but well cooked. There are some minor annoyances but there are manageable

Nice, clean, not crowded, right on the beach. Good food, drinks not so, nice staff. The resort has potential but it was not entirely functional. There are few areas available for walking inside the complex, some nice alleys with shade. The pool at Riviera hotel is ok. Next to the hotel is the bazar where the tourists can buy cheap clothes/ shoes (most likely fakes).
