Hotels All-inclusive in Golden Sands

A great and beautiful hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurants and good bars. Friendly staff. It's good for a beautiful holiday.

The hotel has nice rooms, sufficiently large with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms. However, the restaurant could offer a wider selection of dishes

There is lots of it but you can barely find something which tastes good. Drinks are the usual Bulgarian all-inclusive standard which means poor quality. The swimming pools are nice but not enough sunbeds

I recommend using the Al Dente restaurant and placing an order to your room (once per stay). Unfortunately, the hotel has a shortage of pools, which are therefore overcrowded most of the time

2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists

It is a beautiful hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and very clean, every day they come to clean and change the towels

The food is like, it is possible to have lunch or dinner for a fee of 12 leva, if you are not not all inclusive. There are two restaurants de La the map

For the breakfast they put just one bottle of sparkling wine for hundreds of guests 😂😂😂 Apart that it’s nice hotel very close to the beach “, nice sea view as well

Third, we were not able to access the external pool because we had the info that the pool was closed, and we cannot go. Forth, the food at the restaurant was tasting funny

However if you are looking to party a lot and spend your nights clubbing this is very convenient but if you are looking for a relaxing holiday not so much (you can try a higher floor maybe, we stayed at 7th floor and could hear the music very loudly)

everything in the hotel is very expensive - mini bar bottle of water costs 3 times more expensive than the store and never suggest to touch something in the fridge ? The season starts in may and then is noisy and fun

The rooms are very modern and clean. Many facilities, beachfront with the hotel own swimming pool between the hotel and the hotel private beach. Food was outstanding and diverse

One of the greatest hotels on the beach.The sand from the beach is like gold.excellent.good prices. 5leva 500ml beer 1.95leva=1Euro

It's a great place to stay and enjoy the Golden Sands holiday area. The service is great and friendly with a nice environment

Great location and everything you might need during your trip was in a minute walk distance. Perfect view from the terrace. Breakfast was very good and well organized. Our room was clean and big enough

The food and drinks in the restaurant are good and there are enough of them at all times. The staff is very kind and friendly, especially Ivan at the reception

The food is ok 'a la carte ' menu as usual when you choose all inclusive. The cleaning in the restaurant can be upgraded. Like price value compare I can say it worth it

We got the all inclusive package and were surprised with the taste ,quality and variety of the food. All the stuff were very friendly and polite. Also need to mansion the great location of the hotel

The location is excellent, but do not use the all-inclusive.

Hotel Lilia is one of my favourite hotels in resort of Golden sands Nice and large rooms kindly and smiling stuff cosy atmosphere And what else one need if you can wake up with gentle noice of sea waves in front of you I

The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now

One drawback is not the hotel and Golden Sands - there are very noisy until 4 am music)) and the beaches are overloaded with people (from 2 to 13 August 2017)

I was especially impressed by the restaurant where on the first day we were served baked lamb, and daily they had oat bran for breakfast (together with common oat and cereals, pancakes, etc

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The meal aren't good, happy come back home or eat out of the hotel

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc

They aren't stingy with the alcool. So if the barkeepers were a little bit friendly and meal were better, were the this a TOP hotel, but in the circumstance only 3-3,5 stars

Another uncomfortable thing is that there is no bar/restaurant on the beach and if you want to get some drinks/snacks, you have to go back to the hotel (if you are not too lazy you can make 2 min walk to the hotel)

Highly recommend their all-inclusive package for families with small children(s)

Many places to go, every meal time there's a lot to choose from, the staff is very kind and always try to help.

The front desk lady said all the restaurants are fully booked, and we asked her how can that be that we got no information at check in about it… and then she said, ok, I can offer the Bulgarian restaurant, we are not big fans so we said no thanks, we want to reserve the Italian and the Asian restaurant

She said that it wasn’t possible… after telling her that they should give every guest the information and chance, she suddenly found space in both restaurants…… we don’t understand why do they do that? The restaurants were not full at all!!!!

When we realised that they had some specialty restaurants we went in to one as it was empty but the lady at the reception said thawed had to book and that the service is from 10 AM to 6:00 PM, next day we left early so the 3

He may be a bit old, but he is fast and gently with the drinks! The lobby bar was very good, 2 people working at the same time, that's some efficiency. The meals are served like the Swedish Buffet

Tip: bring your drinks/snacks with you as the private beach is not really serviced. The price is very good for the quality. Families, with young children, would enjoy the stay

The food is great! It has multiple choices and even better has a diversity of salads. It also has different types of bread which is good for a specific type of people that like other type of bread

Has a diversity of desserts thru the week. The best thing its that it varies from day to day. The pool is also a great service to use. It's so clean and it has a thermal control

As to finish this review, i would like to personally thank the staff and the recreation team for their effort! Kind regards from Kevin and hope we will see again soon!

The recreation team really works hard on entertaining the guests and from my opinion they deserve to be well respected and seen by a lot of people

There are some issues that need to be adressed in the future ( wifi signal is really bad, the restaurant is crowded, and sometimes you wouldn't find a free table) but these were small obstacles

WiFi is perfect!!!! No problems even on the way to the hotel! Empty dishes are removed in a restaurant with lightning speed. The rooms are large, clean, updated

The first one is that the personal at the pool allowed tourists with drinks in the pool, and they allowed the tourists to make fun of the animation team

There are 70-100 meters to the sea, you need to cross the road. The beach has paid sunbeds and umbrellas, but there is plenty of free space. You can calmly lie down on your mat right next to the sea

The housekeeper was really nice and they made everyday something from the towels that surprised us. The food was good and variated. The big inconvenience is that the hotel has no private beach

There are changing cabins!! For shopping lovers there is a promenade with stalls. To Varna bus number 9 every hour. The shore is flat, the sand is good, the seagulls are impudent

The towels were changed every day. Cleaning was carried out,but even we refused it. If you need additional shampunki , shower gels ,soap,the maid with no problems gave. The only negative in the room - no bed and safe

What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

"THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise

And for hotel's management, if you're reading this. I don't know why you're not encouraging poeple to book directly to your website, instead of paying fees to Booking and others

I booked trough the hotel's website, but it was a pain. No email confirmation, no nothing. And I also had problems about it at the reception, with the payments

I must edit My review beacause hotel really tried to fix something for us when asked politely. All is good for vegetarians but not for vegans

When asked vegan hotel politely bring us a vegan Milk straight to us and we even found a soymilk on breakfast today morning, Wow!

Drinks from 10-23 PM, as it is almost every day great Events with the animation team, to 23 hours at the Pool

The hotel was ok for the money. It wasn't that far from the beach. I didn't like the parking situation

Every meal was delicious, and the abundance of culinary specialties allowed me to experience a true explosion of flavors. Overall, my stay at Kini Park was a truly delightful experience

The food at the restaurant was varied, although I would have appreciated more options

The location of the hotel is really quiet and relaxing, but the distance to the beach and the absence of a private beach made access to the sea a bit more complicated than I expected

5 star to the hotel manager! He changed our room into a bigger and better one because first one had a light smell, our card broke into the pocket( our fault) and he replaced with any supplementary charges

The hotel has a good position on the beach it is situated in the woods close to the sea which provides fresh air for enjoying a hot day. The hotel is very clean, the stuff is nice and always smiling

Breakfast was good both in quality and quantity but dinner could be a bit hit and miss. No other British tourists to be seen at the resort of Golden Sands, mainly Bulgarian, Romanian and German

Loud music, from a nearby venue was heard in our room, booming out until midnight. None of this the fault of the hotel. Situated a short walk to the beach the location was spot on

Pity about the neon advertising board on top of the Lighthouse Steakhouse opposite which continued twenty four hours, day and night shining its light onto the balcony

Wonderful place. The closest to the sea hotel. Modest room. Clima out of service. Noisy beach. To numerous Rumanians…

When I was there there were a few guys shouting all night and I believe they were highly intoxicated and asked to leave by the owners to keep the peace for the rest of the visitors who were there with the families… all I can say is thanks for handling the situation

There are many restaurant and shops near the hotel and also the resort Golden sands which is great for a night walk. The prices are perfect and the staff is kind and ready to help you 24/7

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside

Friendly staff all around and very helpful. Great breakfast and lovely eldery dame that checked unintrusively that everything is re-filled ASAP and dirty dishes are gone within seconds

Staff is very friendly, pool is completely new and redone and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is great for what it offers compared to other places I have visited in the area

Amazing boutique hotel.Situated in one of the central, but quiet street, away from the crowd. The management is perfect. We will book again, for sure!

Everything about the hotel and the staff was perfect. Great people that was working there, helpful and service minded. Loved it and recommend it to everyone.

Rooms looks amazing and clean, some problems at the bathroom tho. And the balcony is super nice. The food is very good and diverse but the beverages are not great at all

The atmosphere on the therance and lounge is a little bit quiet, no music and no events til now

The food was good for all inclusive package, with sweedish buffet in the morning and lunch and for dinner there were thematic setups, which provided a bit of diversity from the other 2 meals in the day

Drinks like juice, tea and coffee are poor quality (especially coffee). All inclusive is without whiskey (gin, rum, brendy, vodka, beer and R/W wine)

The room was clean with a comfortable double bed and a sofa. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The balcony had chairs and table to serve some drinks and a drying rack for cloths

+ Clean hotel + Good service from their staff + Location + Free gym, big pool outside - Wi-fi is paid (no matter where in the hotel), which is one of the big drawbacks of this place - Food is nice (though not much to choose from), but drinks and cocktails are among the cheapest in Bulgaria

Arena Mar is a 2 years old hotel, they build it very fast. Service is smiled and kind even some times too much. Food is all inclusive no much choice of food. Overall this is a family hotel

Food was Good (didn’t try much of the offered diversity) would suggest to add “transport to/from airport” and room service. DO NOT ASK RECEPTION FOR A CAB!! the fare is around twice as high

Decent,clean and friendly personnel. needs some replacement of the pool equipment (umbrellas/ deck chairs), better wifi (not paid anymore)

This is a new hotel built in 2015. Rooms are well arranged, bathrooms are modern, staff is very friendly.

Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing

Extremely good rooms for the price, service was good and cooperative even if I didn't speak their language

Our rooms were clean and bright, we woke up with the sunrise above the coast!

Excellent hotel for a relaxing retreat.

A bit away from the beach but a fine place

The only downside was coffee at the restaurant. There should be a decent quality of coffee at the 5 * hotel. Also, it would be nice to have at least one vegan option for breakfast

Very relaxing nature park, protected area, with small birds, squirrels, flowers. Excellent kitchen with many different meals every day, free beer, wine too

We've been here 4 times already (as a family of four), and We aren't planning to stop coming here any soon. There is a great seasight for a greatly available beach compared to the other hotels and beaches in the area

Every room is well-equipped, as a hotel built previously for the communist party back in the 70's or 80's. There has been a slight renovation from what I've seen. They modified the AC and changed ceilings

The peaceful hotel located in a magnific location. It has spaciouous rooms , a big swimming pool with warm water located near the sea. The food diversified and fresh
